How about we not be miserable comforters. I am sure the people involved can work their way through this. After all we only know the "heresay" and are not directly involved. Let's see how they do, they won't take our advice anyway. The only advice I would ever be able to give it to elevate Jesus Christ to his proper position as The Head. That may be too much for many ministries to swallow.

What a bunch of devilish prophetic drival.............. It's so disappointing to see any ministry keep Jesus Christ from his entitled position. Shame on CES. They want to learn more of the Word? Keep it simple, life is to be simple. God commits his Word to faithful men who shall be able to teach others also. I think they have lost the ability to teach anyone by their bickering and bs. :(

I agree with you Dove, John & Wayne do not tell anyone how to run their fellowships but make themselves available if the needs arise & yes the coordinators are responsible to see that the doctrine is on the Word to the best of their ability. This is exactly how rumors get started and after all it's you opinion of a situation that apparantely you were not even directly involved with, you just "heard" from what you said. I don't what you intended to do here but personally I would put more creditibility to what I see and hear myself than any rumor being spread by someone with a ficticious name that we all use here.

I have to agree with you Pipes, I have never heard any of the bs that has been spread here and I have been involved with CFF & many other "loving" splinter groups. If the doctrine being talked about is way out in left field, then I would not want to fellowship with that group either and perhaps they were trying to get a grip on what was being taught. I don't think that's strange. For instance if someone started teaching something very far out about healing and it became "spiritual" in my mind according to what the WORD says, not VP or any other minister, I would not want to have anything to do with them either, so perhaps they were protecting the Body of Christ with what they know of the Word. So let's not run off with rumor here and start spreading garbage that we know nothing about. I would lean on the side of cutting some slack here. I am sorry that some of your had bad experiences here and are glad to hear that things are going well now and you have healed. None of us are perfect and we all give advice at times that we believe God is working in us and who knows, maybe we all make the same mistakes. It's so sad when there is division and no I have not rec'd a letter about anyone. There is one believer who is teaching some far out stuff on healing (which according to the Word should be simple) and yes I don't have to agree with what he is teaching, since it's not documented in the Word. And I would be the 1st person to explain to someone that I do not believe his doctrine is from the Word and then show them why. It was explained very lovingly in a SNS tape that this person does not fellowship with CFF anymore and I don't find that "legalistic" in any way. Oh well............

Thanks Sheldon, I was not sure about where else to put it but just thought many would be blessed by what is happening. Thank God for this little one. She is too tiny to be going thru what she has and she still smiles. Amazing.

Had Churchianity for years and hated it. I would imagine that most at doing just what they want to do, fellowship with a small group. Still makes sense to me and it's what they did in Acts. Anyway for us has nothing to do with "fear" as someone put it, has everything to do with getting to know each other in a deeper way and moving the Word. As far as doctrine, I don't believe any church or fellowship has it all but we still prefer to stay away from people believing the dead are alive and the trinitarian stuf. The rest is a walk by the Spirit of God anyway. I believe most of us here know enough of the Word to help people rather than go from church to church looking for what?

John the funny thing is when you go to the topics of the Advanced Class and click on each of the kids pictures, then click again on the pictures, there are some nice pictures of them having a great time. Reminded me of the old days. They seem to be getting away with much more than we did in recent years and the funny thing that struck me is the ages are from 16 & up? Sounds like a very young, impressionable group of kids for an Advanced Class. So maybe the youth are taking over TWI as the old wine skins drift away from age and boredom. Can you imagine any of the "older folk" (who have been planted forever at TWI) witnessing and undershepherding? I don't think most of them have ever witnessed or undershephered anyone.
