There is such a need for people like that couple and places like Hope House. When you are beaten so low and afraid to the core of your soul the hope of a safe place is priceless to the abused one, no amount of money could compare.

Thank you for sharing his regards and tell him I would have loved to have been able to hang out with y'all. Hubby and I both felt like we'd known you both before we even met. It was a memorable time in life and ever time I look at my boots I think of you guys. :)

It was not your fault! You were not creating a problem either. Your were presenting a pointed of view and that's okay! I lean toward your point of view. It should have been accepted as that. I in some ways agree with what you tried to state! It was not heard well and no one asked why or any other pertinent questions! Some were just angry and defensive to quickly. No one had to push anyone to the points they did. It's a very emotional issue in many respects. I would have liked to say something too about the Nazi corp types, but I hoped that just You and JohnR could have worked it out!

People need to be less self involved and self centered and care about each other's hearts and wounds...and not inflict even more wounds! We need to be more willing to talk through things like misunderstandings and justified differences! They the real parties involved need to sometimes be left alone to work it out as you suggested by phone with mediation!

Most everyone meant well...It just got blown out of proportion! I am so very sorry that you too were hurt! I hope you decide to stay! You are a Good man too and very well Love here by all!
