  1. Absolutely. As you recall, legal things, legal matter have statutes of limitations, except, I believe murder, and there probably are a few others. Outside of a statute of limitations, it all good. You steal a ten million dollar Picasso from a museum, after the statute of limitations is over, you write a book about it...thats our legal system..good, bad or indifferent...that is the way it is.
  2. Yep, I agree. My opinion, is that Craig Loy Martindale is a coward. Craig, here is my email: michael.chudzinski@yahoo.com I have an identity, those who assumed leadership roles in TWI, and acted in opposition to common sense, our legal system, misused their authority, took the priviledges and not the responsibilities of their postion, well where are they...to me, they appear to be hiding, if I shine a light, thats not illegal, its merely an approach, if they hide, I do hope they get better hiding places, I mean them no physical harm, I mean only to know what they have to say about their actions while in TWI. I once stood up to a bully. And he came after me. He was in a big car and failed to slow down while I was in a cross walk and I fliipped him off, he started to tell me how he was going to hurt me physically, I called the police and told him so...He vanished. That sort of thing is rarely considered "smart" by folks, and that is fine. The last time I looked, "being smart" isn't in any law, ordinance, statute, "smart" is a perception, in my opinion. oh, flipping someone off, is legal, almost everywhere, there are some local ordinances that can fine you for using vulgar language...just a footnote...
  3. Thanks, I appreciate it. Well, my point is this. I can ask anything. Whether I get an answer is not relevant. FCC requirements are that when you make a telephone call, you identify yourself and the purpose of your call within like 30 seconds, I believe I am accurate on this. As long as I do that, I am fine, legally, in my opinion. A single telephone call can be considered criminal harrassment, however, in practice, three is the threshold, depends on the content of the call. My calling Loy Craig Martindale on the telephone is not illegal per se, he may perceive "receiving a call from me" to be harassment, and he certainly can sue me, call the police, whatever he deems appropriate....in other words, civil disobedience has "grey areas", and a single call, asking a single question is, in my opinion, both legal and appropriate. His feelings, are secondary to my question. Let LCM sue me, please, and what are the damages? See. What are the damages for asking someone if they have sexually assaulted someone, as in sexual assault while being a "leader in Christianity"...see? Let LCM prove damages in a court of law. Confrontation, is getting at the truth of a matter, nothing more...I want to know what his answer is, if that is perceived by anyone as harassing or stupid, fine...no problem, to me, its criticism that falls off my back like water... So, I do appreciate your post and I do not intend by writing this to sound like you are criticizing me, anything like that...I read your posts and I am glad you are here. My desire to ask the question is my thing, I am not recommending it, per se, to anyone, its merely my thing, my goal, and certainly not for everyone...my approach....thanks for your post..... regards, Michael
  4. Er, just a question, is this the sweet style of beer? I haven't tried too many Belgian beers as they can be very, very sweet..and sweet doesn't go with spicy type foods, like Thai...I do tend to pass by beers with Monks on them, due to the sweetness....which ones of your list are drier? Inquiring minds want to know...thanks
  5. You are correct. I did a copy and paste, there is a space between the address and the @yahoo.com. Thanks, the devil is in the details, I corrected the address, resent it...I will correct my postings....thanks, thank you, Belle..
  6. One part of your post, about warnings, is liability issues, sort of the gravy train for some Attorneys. Without a warning label, maybe you figure your curling iron is supposed to be used as a device to warm your bath water...you know, "this device is to be used as an iron to curl your hair, it is not intended for anyother purpose....."
  7. Like whenever, you are near?
  8. Gary Martin's email address has a space between the email and the @yahoo.com, you will need to correct that or you will get a delivery failure notice. I suggest, everyone, everyone, leave a RESPECTFUL VOICE MAIL ON THE AUTHORS TELEPHONE NUMBER.. I already did. LETS FILL HER VOICEMAIL...as long as you are not ranting, or threatening, you are within your rights...go for it...it does make a difference.......Lorraine Ash can be reached at (973) 428-6660 or lvash (space added so Ms. Ash doesn't get bot emails) @gannett.com. Journalists, are responsible for doing their homework, Lorraine is I am sure a well meaning person. Civil Disobedience is not what calling her is about, call her, I suggest, to EDUCATE HER...she doesn't appear to know anything. And do leave your phone number, its the right thing to do in my opinion, we are anomymous here on GSC, but if you go the extra mile and call her, its you calling, not GSC. In call calling Ms. Ash its ASSERTIVENESS, you are stating your opinion, or your feelings, or your experience, all LEGAL things...and it matters...it all matters... Lorraine Ash can be reached at (973) 428-6660 or lvash (space added so Ms. Ash doesn't get bot emails) @gannett.com.
  9. There are some emails on the right, below the photo.....
  10. Gary's email is on there and I wrote him a letter, a respectful letter, and asked him for LCM's telephone number. And I did, do the right thing, gave him my address and phone number, after all, I do sincerely want to ask LCM if he sexually assaulted women at TWI HQ. The part that gave me a chuckle was the button over the top of the photo, that says "buy this photo"...ok, ah.. Edit---- There is a space between Garry Martin's email address and the @yahoo.com, you need to correct this, in sending a letter, or it comes back as a delivery failure.........
  11. Thanks for the post. I sort of read the big part, the page with all the words on it, will re-read it. I wonder if they are talking about Lincoln Park, in Chicago...or Lincoln Park in Ohio, am going back for more details..and I guess I will need to write to the email at the bottom, not to trash the individuals, just to refer them to GSC for more pertinent info.
  12. Good one Jim, keep the change.......after reading that I realized my joke telling needs some work....my punch line wasn't correct... the punch line is "None, they merely change the industry standard from light to darkness"
  13. Ah, I didn't see anything with those key words..got another one or two?
  14. I think its a security thing. I think the best over the counter scrambling system is still spread spectrum, but even with that, there is enough technology out there to decode a call, if ya got the right tools and conditions. I heard some time ago that the red phone, the one to the russia is a basic phone..so, ya, I am thinking security...and I have been around the scrambling phones, still corded models and those around, expensive...while working at Siemens....
  15. Waysider, now you know unless you chew those seeds up, you are only doing a partial cleanse...maybe the point was that, well, "perfectionism". That would appear to fit, goes along with all the bible quotes, the over the top and the beyond the top environment. I think with consideration to my life, oh, say, I did something maybe I shouldn't have in my past marriage, well, there were some other things that I did to "compensate" for those, rather than deal with the root issue...and maybe TWI was in that same category, overcompensating in areas for the moldy, rotting roots of the Tree so to speak...any thoughts on that?
  16. I am hoping the nightmares do not come back, with GSC, I am thinking maybe I have a 50 / 50 chance. This kerosene shower, kind of surprised me, I must not be there yet, with the surprises, here the lack of some common sense with VPW. I suppose those who would tell us that we were not victims would say, well the Corp did have a choice, there was a nice warm floor to sleep on.. Well, I do respect individuals like rumrunner, I am not so sure I would have been able to deal with this kind of discomfort, being more of a girlyman as Arnold S. would say...
  17. I have a feeling, you ain't making this up. The standard treatment I take it was what, standing outside naked in the winter til they froze to death and fell off, or are we talking about some kind of powder solution?
  18. all great things, in my opinion. How would you describe inventing, what comes to mind is in-o-vation (spell checker please), to me, more than designing something so unthought of by others. My worst class in paralegal studies was patents, it had so, so many details. So, I am hearing you have two out there, how long did you develop the ideas, and how long did your implementation/protypes, application of the idea take before you applied for the patent(s)? And last, maybe I am on the wrong track with this, folks write all sorts of books on left brain this and right brain that, was the process of your ideas more on the creative side or more on the analytical side, or some of both, or was it you solving a problem that you saw, like you said, oh, I think that could be done a different way or what?
  19. While reading the "I have been spoiled by beer" thread. I sort of remembered something silly I saw in a local store here in Hardin County. I am in Iowa, not a born and bred Iowan, or is that Iowian, anyway, farm country, here in Hardin County, corn, soy beans, and more corn. There is a local tree, that produces these large green, nubby sort of green balls, I do not know the name of them, but they are hard, nubby, and the locals tell me they are good for putting in the basement because spiders and bugs don't like them. So, I do into the local Hi V, the name of the market has been changed to protect the innocent...They have this shopping cart, full of these pods with a hand written sign "incest repellent". Being a trouble maker, I found the produce manager and asked him if he meant something else...blush response, of course, new sign..
  20. Thanks, rumrunner for your reply. My father, has been brewing for some years, has a refrigerator just for I believe the finished product, a keg, and it stays good for some period of time. Last time I visited him, I tried a glass with him and I was very, very pleasantly surprised on the taste. So, I have thought about jumping in and seeing if I can follow instructions and give it a go, thanks for the reference....its off to piratebay - lol But seriously, I appreciate hearing about the history and background of brewing.
  21. That would be thriving distribution channels and successful marketing campaigns , I think, rumrunner, which would cause the business to thrive. George, what kind of chemists are there in the real world? I am thinking chemistry is involved in all sorts of types of business. Are you in the organic side of things, or the inorganic side of things or processes, materials, testing, anything like that?
  22. And with FLO there was "an application". And weren't the folks, who approves those applications, supposed to be walking by the spirit of God, er walking and a talking with the most high.....or was there just some rubber stamp involved because we applied. And double ditto for the same with WOW, folks a walking and a talking with the most high, in putting families together. Maybe, we need someone who was involved in making the kind of decisions like these to give us some perspective...EARL B. what do you have to say?
  23. I have a question, rumrunner, when you are making beer, how important is/are "hops"? There are all these references to hops in the sam adams commercials. My comment to waysider about Corona, is more about hops than anything else, I was told Corona beer has no hops and is actually made from corn syrup...anyway, do you buy hops, processed hops in pellets, or freeze-dried hops? And lets say, I wanted to grow hops out in my garden, do able, not do able?
  24. Mine is pretty simple: walking through the Anne Frank museum, the home where she hid in WWII before being found and sent eventually to the gas chamber.
