  1. Came across AFTHOTWTTF on cable just now. I figured I'd recognize someone but it had already ended. *Looked it up*. Buster Keaton was in it too. I don't know of his movies either. Maybe because Buster Keaton was born 124 years ago. btw: you guys have used The Producers 3 times in the last month. I would like to see something or someone I may recognize from the 20th century. The 19th century?
  2. He has a name that looks like it should be backwards. Hint: Some of his quotes from movie lines he had in other movies: "You be cool, and I'll introduce you to some of the other heads later" ."Don't make me open up a can of whoop-foot on you". "I love giving all my possessions away, it makes me feel real spiritual". "Now Larry, I'm appointing you as acting Squad Leader. Don't get too excited. You beat out a mongoloid and a candy-foot"! Hope that helps picture who he is.
  3. So if the Rock and Samuel L were in this movie and were not the stars that would have had to have been several years ago and the leads would have had to be bigger than them so that would put those stars in the A-list in Hollywood of that time. Say, then mid to late 90's. So Penn, Hanks, Stallone, Cruise, Willis, Gibson, Pitt, Connery, even Douglas. What does this mean Raf, Who are they? They died very quickly? Usually there is only one boss so it would be singular case. Only thing I have for now is a guess using these names as a profile so I'll make my guess with Lethal Weapon IV.
  4. Oh I misread that. I thought this meant they were not in the movie. I'm getting an eye exam tomorrow. This might help. Scratch my last response.

  15. Van Dyke and Company aired on NBC in 1976 but it was cancelled after 15 episodes. Andy Kaufman was the outrageous and outlandish comedian who was a regular on Van Dyke and Company. He appeared at the height of his career in "Taxi". The group of mime performers were the L A Mime Company. Dick Van Dyke cancelled his own show "The New Dick Van Dyke Show" two years earlier to get an opportunity to do a variety show even though it was a solid top program for CBS. Someone else can go if they have one.

  18. In his own words, "I never had the chance to do a variety series, so I'm going to spread myself out." Dick Van Dyke said before embarking on his new show 'Van Dyke and Company', "I'm not afraid to try anything on this. I'm too old to worry about ratings. I say, let's simply please ourselves. If it's to be fifteen shows and out, so be it, and I'll go home and go sailing and the hell with television." Pulled this from a site called TVparty! Here is that link: van dyke & company
