2. Onioneater,

The moderators must have extra time on their hands. But all's well that ends well, no?

sudo

Not really, they finally went too far and messed with my dog. I put my dog's picture up and they changed it to my picture.

I want my dog back......and NOW.

  3. Onioneater,

'Twas I that changed your avatar but... "vile deed"?? Why, I thought I was doing you a favor. You did say you were changing your avatar to poutin. I figured you just needed a little help. :evildenk:

    DooWap

P.S. I was just messing with you. You want me to change it back?

    lol :biglaugh:

    It was funny.

  4. The avatar I used was a picture on my own computer which I took myself of a poutin I made.

The avatar that is pictured now comes from a web site that I have no link to except for the recipe of Acadian Poutin not french fries and gravy.

  5. Someone changed my AVATAR from an "Acadian POUTIN" to french fries and gravy which is what they make in Quebec and Nova Scotia. :evildenk: Who did this evil deed? Who has the power to do this? WHY,O WHY was it done? Is it a conspiracy? Are we Acadians being persecuted again? I want my POUTIN back!

  6. WHO CHANGED MY AVATAR??????????? :evildenk: :evildenk: :evildenk: :evildenk: :evildenk:

WHO CHANGED MY AVATAR??????????? :evildenk: :evildenk: :evildenk: :evildenk: :evildenk:

What is shown is the Quebec version of Poutin not the Acadian.

Who did this vial deed? SPEAK UP!!!!

  7. Poutine is an Acadian/New Brunswick treat. I grew up eating these at Christmas and Easter. The whole family would gather early in the morning and peel 50# or more of potatoes. It was a lot of work making them but It was well worth the effort.

I still make them today but we use automatic peelers and motor powered graters (hand made) . I belong to an "ACADIAN SOCIETY" and we make and sell them to finance a Scholarship each year for the High School. We usually make 500 at a time and sell them all.

    Mighty fine eating. Ayuh :biglaugh:

How you tell I French me?

More proof --- of Global Warming!!

    :biglaugh:

The only real proof of global warming is when Rush Limbaugh anounces it and the "ditto heads" go on Faux News to proclaim it.

    SORRY, I am :offtopic:

  9. Thanks everyone.

My daughter received her "Masters Degree" on my birthday, unfortunately I couldn't travel to Japan to be there for her.

The wife and I went out for a Chinese Buffet and pigged-out. :biglaugh:

Bought myself an R/C Helecopter to play with for a present. Can't wait for the snow to go to play with it. :biglaugh: :biglaugh:

  10. OE... is that the same place? ..only in the winter?

Same lake "Mooselookmeguntook Lake" but just around the corner from the town of Rangeley which is to the right and around the bend. It's about a 30 minute drive from my house.
