Kit Sober Posted October 6, 2006 Share Posted October 6, 2006 just in time This morning when Fred and I were praying, it seemed to me that Thank you and Please will you were pivotal on the Now. Thank you (for all you have done, in general and in specific) Now Please will you we ask. The Lord has always heard us and will always hear us in the future, and therefore, a lot of things can be equally forceful either way, either please we ask or thank you. But stuff like end all wars can only be a future thing. Specific stuff He did already is a thank you. But stuff like our wonderful children, A good marriage, and peace in our country, need a touch of both a thank you and a please we ask.
