MiniSprout was like that after his trip to the dentist, but whiny and not too happy. They gave him Propofol (an anesthesiologist was there to monitor) and he was equally stoned.
Propofol is a wonderful thing in the right hands, i.e. those of a professional anesthesiologist who knows what he/she is doing.)
