TWI's teaching of 'soul sleep' where we go into this dark, black nothingness until the return has always disturbed me. "God is light, and in him is no darkness," so why would he place us in darkness?? The author, John Lerma MD chose to work in palliative, end-of-life care, and is widely known for his compassionate and loving care of hundreds of terminally-ill patients as well as his tenure as the inpatient medical director for the internationally renowned Medical Center Hospice of Houston, Texas.
