In reality, he strangled or suffocated them and then had "sexual fantasies" over or on their dead bodies. The most blood chilling testimony though was when he talked about how "upset" (DUH) his victims were and he would "comfort" them beforehand. One woman vomited and he said he could tell that she was upset so he gave her a glass of water to comfort her before he strangled her. Stunning confessions clinically stated.
