The first project is stalled due to the property owner and his business partners wanting 100 mill for the property, my associates have 26 to offer at this time.

The second project got waylaid by a nefarious good old boy network but we are revamping the plan into a more realistic step by step project.

The third project (and most important) is done and is what my Beatles thread in the open forum is about, breaking cycles :)-->

Two 'o my pals suggested I get busy planning the next Roast. I'm not sure I want to do this again but being the pushover I am I'm thinking about it.

It would be held Columbus Day weekend (the second weekend in October) at a location yet to be determined but easier to get to than the last one.

So very sorry for your loss David, my prayers are with you and your family.

Thank you for your prayers, this could have turned out much worse. Apparantly two cars of boys were dragracing, instead of backing off at a curve, they kept pushing it and came up on another car coming their way. Both boys veered right to avoid a collision but one hit a culvert, flipped and landed in some woods, The other car hit the curb, ran up a small embankment and cmae to rest on it's side. There are rumors of drink being involved and a quantity of drugs in one of the cars which would explain the 3 state patrol officers searching through the scene the following morning.

The two boys in the first car are in intensive care in Atlanta, the other two were treated and released.
