He is gone. Although gratefully I have his wonderful communication to enjoy and that was what he was offering but as far as here goes, he is gone.

Hi RG, May I clarify your heart on that bold faced portion of your post as I feel Socks was not a part of the problem in any aspect at all. And perhaps you feel the same way but the words just represented themselves a bit differently. I have assumed before when reading someone and later learned it was not their intentions. So I would respectfully ask you to help me out on this. Kathy
  17. Sudo, When the original series was on my folks wouldn't let me watch it so it became a matter of hearing the opening music and sneaking into a position where unseen by my dad I could watch it and did so as often as possible. It was probably the more spookier than Night Gallery but it never caused me nightmares because I had my own version of nightmares going on at the time and they trumped that of television. But when Night Gallery came out I had just graduated high school and had been engaged for a year and soon to be married and it was more of a mental fascination to me than anything. Thus became my favorite of the two shows. I would love to see the reruns and may in time buy the series if not found. Another show I loved was and I hurried home from school to watch it, but again my folks didn't know that or I would have been forbidden. Heading out to church now............. Kathy
  18. I couldn't remember if it was 1/2 or an hour. And yes he did smoke a great deal and I've read he knew it was tied to imagination that he had difficulty closing down.
  19. This was the show I was thinking of and I loved it.
  20. Hmmm.....maybe I've got the wrong show then because I wasn't thinking of Twilight Zone.
  21. StGeorge, Your Gallery has some of the sweetest pictures I've ever seen in it. And you are way too young looking to have grandchildren cutie!
