Since my name has well been dragged in the mud here in this thread, I might as well answer. For starters, you wise guys who boast of how you think you have freedom of will, you might do well to read Romans, chapter 9. It's in that precious bible who hold so dear! You have NO FREE WILL WHATSOEVER! You are what you are because God alone made you what you are! And likewise, I am what I am because God made me what I am. Why do you blame me for what I am? Did I make myself? NO, I DID NOT! And in that chapter of Romans, it states that God will have mercy on whom he will, and he will harden whom he will. The person in question has NO SAY in the matter whatsover! If you all think of me as one of dishonor, then blame God, because he made me this way. Who am I to reply to God why he made me this way? And since it was all God's doing, I am totally free of ALL RESPONSIBILTY. Who are any of you to hold me responsible? Oh, I know what you're saying now! Ol' Chuckie boy is only deceived. I'm no more decieved than you are! What??? You are NOT deceived? Then you are all fully aware of your actions, and you will be put to blame because of that! "Oh, I am blameless" you might want to say. Not if you have freedom of will! Forget about standing blameless before your God. You have applied blame to yourself because of your own freedom of will that you are so Goddamn proud of! God cannot hold you to blame if you have no freedom of will! Oh and BTW, forget about this Jesus saved my soul crap! You have freedom of will, and are therefore your OWN lords, so Jesus couldn't possibly have saved your soul. If you have truly made Jesus your lord, then you have surrendered all of your so-called free will. What person do you know is subject to a lord and has freedom of will? You are a slave to your Jesus, or so you say. So how can you possibly tell me you have free will? Many of you will probably say "you are possessed of the devil" If I'm possessed of the devil, then I am also possessed of God, for the devil is a creation of God and is in no way beyond God's control. Besides, God made the devil evil. Don't give me any of this crap that the devil is the former Lucifer who rebelled on his own free will! (there you go with that freedom of will crap again) That is 100% unscriptrual. The bible never said that Lucifer became the devil! Or Satan for that matter. Besides, God bestowed him with power which by nature corrupts anyone who has it. But if you are all adamant that you have freedom of will, then when you are judged unrighteous, don't give God this crap that your sins were washed in Jesus' blood. You chose to be your own lords by virtue of your proudly proclaimed freedom of will, therefore you have to make your own atonements. Why do you all lie and say that Jesus is your lord? Even Jesus said he does no will of his own but rather the will of his father! And why do you all look forward to receiving crowns on Judgement Day? Don't any of you know that if you have a crown, then you are burdened with responsibility? What, YOU WANT RESPONSIBILITY? Why be so stupid? Do any you go to gambling houses and throw away your paychecks, hoping that by taking a risk you will have something much better? Why can't you be happy with what you have? You are all just like Adam and Eve. Look what they had in the Garden of Eden! But they just weren't happy until they ate of the tree that was forbidden. Billions of trees, yet they were hung up on that one bad tree! Did they receive happiness afterwards? And I'll be Goddamned if you all aren't still eating of that tree today! Besides, your precious bible says to receive the Kingdom of Heaven as a CHILD! A child by nature is very NAIVE. He has NO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILTY. You people who call me stupid and ignorant, you must be soaked in so much Goddamn wisdom that it's flowing out of every orifice in your stinking bodies. But remember, God witholds the good things from the wise and prudent, and gives them unto babes! Are you wise and prudent, or are you without wisdom and prudence? And I say a babe is too ignorant to recognize the ignorance of another. But you people think you are all smarter than me. You know, you're right, you are smarter than me. And your own superior intelligence will be the end of you all. So I'll leave you all with this question: Am I a man of righteousness, or unrighetousness? You people are so full of wisdom, suppose you tell me. And don't go telling me to take a beam out of my eye either. There is no beam in my eye, and quite frankly, I see clearly enough to see that NOBODY has a mote in their eye. But I do see a lot of people with beams in their own eyes telling me to take the one out of my eye!

Steve, what if you have grown hostile towards religion, Christianity, and even God himself? I'm quite sure Mark Graeser came prepared to improve his faith rather than bash God. But then I guess it's safe to assume a person like myself most likely wouldn't join up for the seminar in the first place since such a seminar has an improvement of one's faith as a goal in mind. But have the co-ordinators of Momentus considered the possibility of some coming into the course to be nothing more than a troublemaker? Also has any altercation ever broken out during any of the seminars? Your argument is only valid assuming one like M.G. wants to retain his Christian faith.

In light of recent strong remarks I have made here at greasespot, I personally would think I'm a little too bullheaded to be broken. What do you think? Or does Momentus do a crash version of "Love Bombing" first to get you to drop your defenses? Also, you can break glass with punishment, but some things actually get tempered with the same punishment. Steel would be one of them. Just a thought.

Well, I'm going to be honest with everyone here.
Yes, I have been dropping names over at JWO. However I am not doing it in a cowardly manner since it's not like those people are absolutely incapable of defending themselves. I invite and challenge those people whose names I've dropped to come over there and do just that.
And yes those posts as well as myself are full of rage. Add that to the fact that I lost my younger brother 2 weeks ago, so maybe I have alot to vent. A person who will not defend himself when attacked deserves to be devoured.
Therefore a person who reads what I say about him at JWO and then, instead of being man enough to join the forum and counterattack me directly, goes to another site and drops my name in a place where I am virtually forbidden to defend myself (Thanx BTW Rafi for your response to that
:)--> ) is indeed the COWARD that I say he is.I had promised Paw that I would post no more flammatory remarks here, personal or otherwise, so I have been making them over at JWO.
And you are all welcome to go over there and read them. And if you are one of the party members I am bashing, please be man enough to take it up with me directly over there.
Consider this also, you can banish me from a forum or a chatroom, but when we meet face to face on judgement day, how are you going to be able to banish me then? At that time you could wind up being my duck dinner!

i have to admit that in wake of the sudden uprising of Greasespot's formidable competition, I have said it's going downhill fast. And the latest poll figures show that I'm among the majority. People have the need, and the right to express their feelings even if another party is offended. This just how Nazi Germany got started. They stifled freedom of speech. Next thing you know the German people are crying "HEIL HITLER!!!!!!!" I hate to say this but if our United States Government conducted itself the way Greasespot has been conducted lately, we would have a rise of a "Hitler" as our president. Im not sure our country is in that danger right now. Shutting up a person who has unpopular views will only add to conflict, and will do anything but invoke a resolve. I will continue to post here at GS if welcomed to do so, though I do realize that free speech is stifled here, which is not a good idea. And anyone who is denied his rights will defect to a place where his rights are respected. Just think of the former Soviet Union. How many Russians have defected to this country??? What was their testimony as to what life was behind the Iron Curtain?

I have voted NO. Actually Zix's original poll was his concern that Greasespot was going downhill. IMHO, if Zix continues on the course he is taking, he could end up being the very one to destroy Greasespot, and he would have nobody to thank but himself.
Incidently while we are on that subject, Greasespot has some formidable competition at Jehovah's Witnesses Online. http://www.jehovahswitnessonline.com . There is a forum that ironcially guarantees your freedom of speech, and there is absolutely no censorship whatsoever. You can use all the "filthy" words you want to. (I think their only policy is you can't threaten to physically hurt anyone, or post information that can lead to such activity) They even have an X rated forum where you can post dirty pictures

I too liked your teaching Mark. People (who are Christians) here at greasespot tend to have me all wrong. I AM NOT anti-Jesus Christ. I do believe Jesus came with an excellent cause, but a cause that has been grossly misrepresented by the bible. Jesus is not my "lord", for he freed me from such. Is Jesus my saviour?? Yes, he is. I do believe a Lord wants to control people. A saviour on the other hand seeks to free people from the bondage of a lord. Unfortunately we have even made a idol out of Jesus by making him a lord, which is my main lament. It's strange that our former association TWI denies that Jesus is God, because they were definitely making him one.
Am I a skeptic? Yes, I'm very skeptical of much of the bible. I am most definitely an agnostic, though my agnosticism doesn't focus on the contraversy of whether or not God exists, but rather what is really happening in life, and the hereafter.
Is the bible all THAT holy? No it is not, there are other works of inspiration that have just as much, if not more, weight as the bible.
But again Mark, that was a great teaching.
