  1. Rachel Weisz The Constant Gardener Ralph Fiennes
  2. The coin toss was between Waylon Jennings and Ritchie Valens.
  3. This is a favorite of my wife's. She's a big Drew Barrymore fan. Of all the Adam Sandler movies this is about the only one I like. It's The Wedding Singer. It's funny.
  4. Came across a Morgan Freeman trivia question today, (nothing to do with his latest allegation for sex misconduct) and it mentioned that he has won an Oscar for his role in "Million Dollar Baby as best supporting actor. Answered my own question. John C McGinley, sorry I just noticed that I had misspelled it in my post, WordWolf, is the Doctor that everyone loves to hate and the head surgeon (also an established Hollywood actor) on the TV show "Scrubs". Since its a TV role its not giving anything away.
  5. A lot has happened since Aug 23? Did not nobody get my last post? I thought WordWolf was out until he got another computer? Welcome Back WordWolf! Thank God for: Morgan Freeman (Has he ever won an Oscar award?) There was of course: Se7en John C McKinley (Will we wait another week(?
  6. No, that's not it really George. I am a member of a couple of quiz sites and I get trivia questions send to me or I can get on a site and play the game there. The trivia questions can be about anything but a great deal of them tend to be about movie related stuff, movie actors or about directors, oscar related stuff, questions about the bio of some movie actor e.q., "What was Harrison Ford's first credited film role"? or "Has Harrison Ford ever won an oscar award"? and followed by multiple choice or yes or no answers. That's different that Movie Mash-up.
  7. Oh, Deniro's in that Billy Crudup Almost Famous Jason Lee
  8. Yes, that is the movie. More than 300,000 extras were used in the classic film Gandhi for the funeral scene of Mahatma Gandhi with 200,000 being volunteers and 94,560 were paid extras under contract. 11 crews shot over 20,000 feet of footage that was trimmed down to 125 seconds for the funeral sequence. Yeah, your right, WordWolf. I did change the rules for this one. Actually, I wouldn't mind it if someone would come up with a trivia thread about movies. I've been following some other forums lately and have been intrigued with movie trivia. I don't know if this would violate any rules but I still would like to match heads with those of us who play.
  9. Save you the trouble of googling it. Carrie Fisher Hannah & Her Sisters Dianne Wiest
  10. Al Stewart did some albums in the mid 70's. Probably best known for Year of the Cat. However, Time Passages is another one of his songs you may recognise. According to wikipedia YOTC received a lot of radio play on both classic rock and folk rock stations. Alan Parson produced his music. I guess he's an Aussie. Anyway, for the heck of it and I'm into posting videos again here is Time Passages.
  11. For the heck of it I'm posting the song from Abba......and of course some eye candy!
  12. It's one of those epic movies, but not that epic movie. More recent.
  13. Is this "The F B I" with Efrem Zimbalist Jr?
  14. Oh Good! I'm Up! This should be a quick one. Just a trivia question. Name the movie in which the most extras were cast?
  15. Out of lyrics and I can't seem to get any guesses so let's call it. Did you remember this one?
  16. Oh I'm sure you've heard of it before WordWolf unless you weren't into listening to music in the 70's.
  17. Not the artist, nor the title of these lyrics.
  18. Actually I didn't confuse it but my son did. OK were looking for a Tim Allen... For Richer For Poorer Kirstie Alley Loverboy
  19. Jingle All The Way Arnold Schwarzenegger Eraser
  20. Jerry Maguire Renee Zellweger Me, Myself and Irene
