  1. You know what your problem is? What? Your face. Come on! You're too good-looking. Girls go out with you and get nervous. They feel dumpy, they don't want to compete. They want a guy...... like me. A guy who'll make them look good. A basic Neanderthal type. Yeah, a swarthy type. A man's man. Yo, Gus. How about a refill? Yo, Dan. You know where the coffee is. I'm trying to impress my date. Then you shouldn't have brought her here.
  2. Hey Mr. George, would you like to pass up your turn? If so, I've got something.
  3. Why didn't you say that 2 days ago Mr. Wolf? Your right Rottie, They are pretty good. Makes it tough on me to get my 2 cents in.
  4. No new clues then. It's a song that ~Joan Baez~ did in the mid 70's, I guess I'm the only one remembering it. It's about her relationship with Bob Dylan. ( "you burst on the scene already a legend") ~Joan Baez~ Diamonds and Rust.
  5. I'm wondering WW whether your asking if the line that came from George was from "The Wiz" or not? However, the obvious choice would have been "The Wizard of Oz". Maybe your stalling trying to come up with a line of your own. That's doubtful. That being said I'll say The Wizard of Oz, because you didn't.
  6. I probably would know anything that someone posts about this movie here with just 6 or 10 words. Not saying this movie is for everyone, but it is one of the more recognized movies and popular. Classic hero versus villain. The hero writes the line on the t-shirt in blood and sends it down the elevator to the villlain who reads it???????
  7. Good Guess, just not the one I'm looking for. You are in the right vein too. Just not Tarentino. And I think most of those guys in Reservoir had the names of colors.
  8. I'm sorry. I should have been more clearer. The list are the names of the characters in the movie. So sorry.
  9. This song is from the mid-70's and is written about the memories the song writer has from a past relationship that comes about after a phone call from the ex-lover.
  10. Well I'll be damned Here comes your ghost again But that's not unusual It's just that the moon is full And you happened to call And here I sit Hand on the telephone Hearing a voice I'd known A couple of light years ago Heading straight for a fall As I remember your eyes Were bluer than robin's eggs My poetry was lousy you said Where are you calling from? A booth in the mid-west
  11. Mr. Kint Mr. McManus Mr. Fenster Mr. Hockney Mr. Keaton
  12. No hits? So, it's Reflection of my life by ~The Marmalade~ singular not plural. ~The Bee Gee's~ covered it. So did ~The Hollies~ New tune: Well I'll be damned Here comes your ghost again But that's not unusual It's just that the moon is full And you happened to call And here I sit Hand on the telephone Hearing a voice I'd known A couple of light years ago Heading straight for a fall
  13. No and no. The flick hasn't got anything to do with Christmas except that it takes place around Christmas time. That line was something that somebody read on a t-shirt.
  14. Wow! i thought everyone knew about that one. Not as dramatic or as filled with leading actors as say, a Ben Hur was, but epic like movie in it's own right for the time. No apologies necessary if you hadn't seen it. I can't get more descriptive about the plots of either movie than this. I still do if anyone's seen it and I think George has. A Pharoah hires an architect (Bill Murray changed his wardrobe for this, and became the architect for the latter part of the clue here) to build a theft-proof pyramid. A reference for anyone who had seen the first movie in the first part of my clue and could immediately associate this movie from any other walking dead movie. Plus, it is something that I'm encouraged to do more: which is [give more insight about the movie I was describing]. This was fun. I don't feel that this is going any further. The correct response is "Zombieland of the Pharohs". And George can go, "Oh that's the Joan Collins movie". Someone else take the next turn.
  15. That's Cider House Rules. Here's another easy one. Now I have a machine gun. HO, HO, HO.
  16. Goodnight, you princes of Maine, you kings of New England.
  17. I heard that movie is part of the reason why Sean Connery retired from acting. He was so disappointed with the outcome that he decided to leave acting for good. So far, except for a couple voice acting roles, it was his last movie.
  18. Reservoir Dogs Michael Madsen Kill Bill Vol. 1 (anyone but Uma please)
