  1. Here's the rule posted by Raf concerning "How to play the threads" I think it's time I started doing this.
  2. Then why use this line George if it might be hard to identify for this Easy movie quote thread? Something rings a bell but that's because it sounds a lot like Leonardo DeCaprios line from "Titantic", "I'm on top of the world". James Cagney maybe?
  3. Sorry, even with the clues redrock and blues, I'm not getting anything. Indeed some more lines please.
  4. It's unanimous, well if WordWolf were to respond in the affirmation it would be.
  5. I thought that Robert DeNiro was the antagonist in The Fan, but anyhow, the next clue I don't have a clue.
  6. I need a hint. I can't come up with the bad guy or anyone else.
  7. Ferris Bueller's Day Off I'm going! "And when the machine breaks down, we break down"
  8. I'll leave a hint now that it seems to have reached a dead end. The clue is from an iconic Golden age Hollywood movie quoted by an iconic actor (careful, which is it actor or actress) spoken to another iconic Golden age actor.
  9. Minnie Driver Circle of Friends Chris O' Donnell
  10. I'm curious redrock and blues, what role did Colleen Camp play in Apocalypse Now? There weren't a lot of women in that movie. I just want to know for future reference as I have no idea who she is.
  11. The Wizard of Oz "I proved once and for all that the limb is mightier than the thumb"
  12. The Departed Alec Baldwin Hunt for Red October
  13. American Pie "Woke up, fell out of bed, dragged a comb across my head"
  14. The Hitcher (Jennifer Jason Leigh) Dolores Claiborne (I know we just used her in a clue, but so did we use Rutger Hauer, Oh well)
  15. You are both correct. That's an interesting tidbit about Richard Melville Hall or Moby. Michael Peter Balzary is Flea from The Red Hot Chili Peppers. David Howell Evans is The Edge of U2.
  16. Alright, let's keep playing. I believe WordWolf is up.
  17. Okay. Elton John's first group was called "Bluesology". Here's another one. Name anyone of these musicians by their stage names by giving their real names and win the round. Richard Melville Hall Michael Peter Balzary Alicia Beth Moore David Howell Evans
  18. Yeah but you would be one in a thousand knowing that. Seems by definition here lately that EASY, isn't that easy is all I'm saying.
  19. It's too familiar. That's what puzzles me.
  20. I'm guessing this comes from something like "Spaceballs"?
  21. You authored this thread George, but I don't see this line "Non" from Silent Movie being very memorable (if it is)? I mean, that's the key isn't it? Your words, "a line from a film so memorable that it immediately identifies the film". "Life is like a Box of Chocolates", "You're going to need a bigger boat", "I'll have what she's having", these are memorable lines. I couldn't identify with "Non" very well.
