  1. Big hint: It's from the White Album by The Beatles.
  2. That line is about the construction of a similar object but no, that is not the movie WordWolf. One of the lines I think for sure is from a movie you guys have seen. The others probably not. But in your case WordWolf, that never seems to slow you down from what I can tell playing here. Am I right, have either of you seen Training Day or Hard To Kill?
  3. Usually if no bites are taken that means no one has a clue, especially after 5 days. "She was a working girl North of England way Now she's hit the big time In the U.S.A. And if she could only hear me This is what I'd say [song title], you are making me crazy I'm in love, but I'm lazy So won't you please come home"? 4. Tina Louise will turn 90 in a few weeks. Is that crazy or what?
  5. You're right that's what I was thinking it was. Can't come up with this yet?
  6. Very well, here's a couple of those I posted.. 1. "Two pair ! Two pair!" "Three of a kind beats two pair you dumb truck." That's from a poker game in the movie "Training Day". 3. "I'll take you to the bank! The blood bank!". This is from the Steven Seagal movie "Hard To Kill". 6. "It's a dangerous thing, ambition. It practically ruined Mickey Mouse's career". 7. "Can I get you gentlemen something more to drink, or maybe something to nibble on, some Pizza Shooters, Shrimp Poppers or Extreme Fajitas? Just coffee! "Okay, sounds like somebody's got a case of the Mondays" ! 8. "Hmmmm, so that’s how it is in their family". 9. "Harold. Harold! Yes, what is it? You're staring at my tits. "I wa... I don't think I was. I don't think I would do that. If I was, I can assure you it was only as a representative of the United States government". 10. " As the Pyramids testify to the Egyptians, so my glorious erection shall represent our culture in perpetuity! Behold, rising before you, the greatest erection on the continent! The greatest erection of the age! The greatest erection on the planet"!
  7. "She was a working girl North of England way Now she's hit the big time In the U.S.A. And if she could only hear me This is what I'd say [song title], you are making me crazy I'm in love, but I'm lazy So won't you please come home"? Oh, [song title] My position is tragic Come and show me the magic Of your Hollywood song You became a legend of the silver screen And now the thought of meeting you Makes me weak in the knee
  8. Okay, but let's wait a few and see if anyone picks up on any of them first. Otherwise sure.
  9. Thanks Raf. Isn't the title of this Ann Murray song in the lyrics you left George? If so, try again.
  10. Yeah, you got it. The quote is from someone stranded on an island and he finds a friend named Spalding. What's there to not get George? It's Tom Hanks from "Castaway".
  11. Cedric The Entertainer First Reformed Ethan Hawke
  12. I've been looking at the sequence for awhile and I'm not coming up with any pattern . Three pairs of numbers each add up to 13, I couldn't find it but I thought it might have something to do with the number 3. But what, I don't know? Difficult teaser George.
  13. So, here are some obscure but memorable movie lines. I'll leave five lines from movies and I'm asking for two right answers to win the round. 1. "Two pair ! Two pair!" "Three of a kind beats two pair you dumb truck." 2. "To get a hold of the police you dial 9______1_______1______ then just tell them to bring an ambulance, or a hearse if you're gonna kill me". 3. "I'll take you to the bank! The blood bank!" 4. "Are you suggesting madam that there exists a law compelling a gentleman to lay hold of canine bowel movement"? "I'm suggesting that you pick the poop up". 5. "What if what I said was true? Hypothetically speaking, if I was part of a story, a narrative... even if it was only in my own mind... what would you suggest that I do"? "I would suggest you take prescribed medication".
  14. "She was a working girl North of England way Now she's hit the big time In the U.S.A. And if she could only hear me This is what I'd say [song title], you are making me crazy I'm in love, but I'm lazy So won't you please come home"?
  15. Rocky "Yes! Look what I have created. I have made fire. I...., have made fire".
  16. You know that you've been around for awhile, when you can look at these 50 plus yr. old lyrics and first thing that runs through your mind is "that's Gary Puckett & the Union Gap", and the song followed "Young Girl". It kind of blew my mind.
  17. I had no idea. I'm surprised. I'll come up with something.
  18. Thank you. I always appreciate any corrections in grammar. I guess it was George's mistake and I followed after him. Yes, Locomotion.
  19. Let's see did I post a song. Yes. "Everybody's doin a brand new dance now"
  20. I don't get it. We already got that one Raf. Unless Raf, you're referencing that "Jail House" Rock was a song which Elvis sharing co-writing credits, but it does not. From what I can tell, Elvis shared credits on a few songs, "Poor Boy", and "Were Gonna Move" and "Let Me" with Vera Matson, wife of Elvis' publisher Kim Darby. His bodyguard Red West shared a couple songs that credits Elvis for co-writing, "That's Someone You Never Forget" and "You'll Be Gone", the former a title that Elvis came up with about his mother. And there was one other song Elvis was credited for co-writing, a song with Otis Blackwell called "Paralyzed".
  21. Not one of the four Elvis songs with which he is credited for "Can't Help Falling in Love". "Everybody's' doin a brand new dance now"
