I used to live smack dab in the middle .... assuming Columbus on my end. I will be moving back to somewhere between St. Marys and Tipp City....not sure of the location. Looking for a house I like.

The topic is "GANGS"....I believe.... The topic isn't racial so don't see how it could rabbit-trail to a racial thing. There are all COLOR of gangs.....black, yellow white, red, etc. (if there is another color).

Websters says: (1) : a group of persons working together (2) : a group of persons working to unlawful or antisocial ends; especially : a band of antisocial adolescents

2 : a group of persons having informal and usually close social relations

Websters doesn't mention color, race, creed, etc. It's a GROUP of persons that act unlawfully together. Don't see how anyone could get off on a rabbit-trail if they stuck to the posted topic of GANGS.

Of course no one wants their area harmed, defaced, etc. That is totally understandable. Who wouldn't like to go to bed and know they didn't need to lock their doors? A GANG isn't a COLOR. Every ethnic group in the world has some gang-related activity despite the color of their skin.

So....wasn't the topic GANGS? Not the color of the skin????

Checked the link....clicked "verify installation" and it said I had the latest Java. Any other suggestions or is there something specific in Java I need to download.....I didn't see anything but may have missed it. THANKS!

I used to be able to get into chat. Now I have a little box at the upper left corner ... and the page itself doesn't display. Used to be "download MSN Chat" but that's not longer available. How can I get into my favorite chat again?

There's a balance to both. We're all human, we all go through different and some same things. But we are individuals still no matter what. What may make you condemn yourself wouldn't another person...or what makes you feel righteous doesn't necessarily make another feel that way. We are all masterpieces, not paint-by-number-sets. So...I would say it's something you have to look internally at and find YOUR own balance within yourself. When you feel comfortable "in your own skin", then you will feel comfortable with what makes you, you, and you will be comfortable with your Maker.

Thanks for all the prayers. Apparently there is a flu bug going around. She talked to her doctor who called in meds for her and Kroger delivered them. She's feeling a bit better but not over the hump yet. The squirts have lessened and even the smell of food makes her quesey but she has to make herself eat to take her insulin & keep her sugar level up. Thanks again guys :)

This is a site to find sexual predators in your neighborhood. I looked and found offenders in my area, and this is an extremely small town. That is very disturbing. We need to know where the offenders are and to protect our family, especially our children. I highly recommend everyone keep check and receive updates when an offender moves into your area.

My mom only has 15% of her heart working now and she woke up with the "squirts" and can't hold anything down. She has to eat to take her meds and for her diabetes. PLEASE pray for her. Thanks

I started to read this thread...and got more and more bogged down with it so didn't finish it. So I may be wrong in "my opinion" here. Just wondered if anyone just walks individually with God anymore...or if it has to be with CFS or another offshoot. This person said this, this person said that, etc., etc. What ever happened to "me and God"? I've always valued my "one-on-one" with God, not what an organization told me. Is that now arcaic (sp) ? John's letter seems so wrapped up in "this person and that person and this situation and that situation...." where's the simplicity of the walk with God.....isn't that a primary....or am I just plain stupid?

They probably are looking for a discount on food, nothing more.

I think we leave more "galastic trash" in many ways. We invade some territories and then think they have invaded us when they don't comply to us encrouching upon them. Stuff like this makes me sad in a way. Science is great...to a degree....but overtakes in many ways and then thinks it's the good guy. RR and I will have a total diff opinion on this.... but he's the scientific logical space intelligent person and I am the down to earth, logical, sensitive one that doesn't like being encrouched. (Know I'll get blasted for THAT)

Not reading all that is posted so comment might not be applicable. But come on to a degree...Hate the sin, love the sinner. I think that's the hardest part with stuff...and has a forgiving aspect also. Jesus forgave in a lot of things. Just hate the sin, but not the sinner. If you'd been put in that position with all the power, you might think how you would react, but doesn't mean that is actually how you would. Love the sinner but hate the sin.

I think he's layed down (VP)....just others seem to want to wear his clothes. Wouldn't ya think they'd be old and smelly clothes by now? But......some wish to wear them. Guess that is what "Old Spice" is for.
