I for one believe what Dr. taught, and if you have a problem with that why don't you tell the others who you are? If anyone should apologize it should be you! Welcome Nathan Just wanted to add my two cents. I agree with what you have exhorted the believers here to do, love and forgive! But, you cannot forget that their was one person with whom Job did not pray for. Anyway, there are a few things people need to know about cffm: When John Shroyer pased away, who jumped in to take over as president? Their teachings don't all agree with what Dr. taught, and in fact disagree sharply at points! Also, why don't they supply a link to TWI? Just woundering :unsure: Just do yourself a big favor and don't just believe everything you hear! Neo

I just have to add my two cents in. I believe you need to ask yourself if you are sure that Dr. really was not working for the "True God!" If he was, and I am curtain he was, than you are going to miss out on what God has in-store for you. Are you going to continue to base you eternal life on what a few people have said about him? I was not there, but I do believe that PFAL and other things he said and wrote, were; "For this cause also thank we God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard of us, ye received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe." Ask yourself "what you believe, and whatever you believe, ask yourself where you got it and why you believe it? I'm in tears just reading that! I have spent the last seven years denying that he could have hurt Gods kids. I just don't understand why the people I know deny that occurred. Rascal, I have talked with others who knew him and none of them has said that about him. I know that there are accusations out there about him, but I never talked with those people. The main reason I left twi in 2000 was because I was personal friends with two of the people lcm raped! Could you e-mail me about this? I need to know if the acusations about him are true. Neo

Hi all! Thanks for the info. I did not mean to come across as offensive. I too was deeply hurt by twi, from about 1989. I only stayed in for the next eleven years because of fear! I didn't want to go through that again, so for the next six years I continued to live in bondage!!! Over the next year I started to give a hearing to the teachings of cffm and about six weeks ago I was delivered from that bondage. I have come to realize that holding onto that hurt and anger held me back. I only posted in the hope that what I have gone through may help someone else. Thanks again for the gracious hospitality in welcoming me into this site, and I look forward to reading and interacting with you.

I'm really not amazed at your responses. If you will not be honest here, at least be honest with yourself. You say that you have it all together! Do you? Answer this then, does God exhort you to fellowship with likeminded believers? If so, then they must be out there. All I am saying is "GIVE PEACE A CHANCE!"

Dr. once said that people will attack him after he was dead! He never claimed to be a replacement for Jesus Christ! Like many others, I am thankful for his life and for teaching me Gods word. I too was stuck in the "Gall of bitterness" but have moved on with my life. Only if we forgive those who have wronged us and move forward with a thankful heart, will we be able to live for God. After all, isn't that what life is really about? I also will add that I left TWI on May 1, 2000, and didn't fellowship with any group, only a handful of friends, and only for a very short time. Only now have I been able to open up and become coach able. I exhort any of you who are searching to check out cffm.org. About seven years ago I almost ended a twenty-year friendship over this group, but now understand that my friend was right about this group. Please consider what I have said and decide for yourself.
