Right. Lots of claims by non-experts who weren't there and whose accounts contradicted all the official reports. I'd at least respect if you'd just SAY you thought my friend was a liar rather than the cowardly approach of INSINUATING it. No airplanes- despite people there managing to get footage of the impacts. No airplanes- despite people actually seeing the planes hit.  People who weren't there say there weren't any, so the eyewitnesses and the actual footage must be wrong.
I used to find that sort of disconnect amazing, but it's always been possible, and now it's even easier to have an echo chamber where all the voices agree with you, and all the dissenting voices never reach you. Facebook alone has a lot to answer for, there.
This is going to be a little difficult for you so maybe get a glass of water and sit down and try to digest.
Building 7 wasn't hit by an airplane...huh? huh? No airplane.
I didn't say anything about the two airliners that did things only maybe possible if they were piloted by a computer. I'm an agnostic about that. You know what that is, agnostic?
And, what's all this about experts? Let's say there weren't lots of experts lined up telling us the official story is a myth, we don't question experts? Hey, if it comes from an expert, must be true.
Oh but wait, that would have to be history's greatest psyop!? It's almost like you were trying to pass the Patriot Act; Install the department of Homeland Security; the TSA? It's like you wanted to invade Afghanistan; Iraq; Syria; Libya; Iran; Somalia...like, everything in A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm.
Just sit down with a glass of water and think. COVID? MRNA? Anthony Fauci. Experts...?

You can't go on a guitar players web site and insist on talking about bicycle chains. It's not the place for it. On this site, we don't discuss politics or promote conspiracy theories. We just don't. It's a simple concept.
I am reminded of The Universal Zetetic Society of which  E.W. Bullinger was a member. Bullinger was a flat-earther. (Knowing this can aid in understanding why and how an otherwise intelligent, educated man could be so stupid as to assert the easily refuted claim of four crucified.)

Alright, initially it was an illustration about how you can try to communicate something you're sure about and still it falls on deaf ears. Next, came this:
"I'd at least respect if you'd just SAY you thought my friend was a liar rather than the cowardly approach of INSINUATING it."
Not really a nice thing to say, especially when it isn't true. But, I'm the bad guy for responding?

Flat-earthers are a zealous bunch.

Not taking the bait. I certainly wouldn't want to be naughty, here.
I should have been mathematically exact and scientifically precise.
STUPIDITIES and LIES should be disputed and refuted whenever they arise.
Â
No, if you get trucked arguing there is no such thing as a Bilderberg Group, and somebody pulls up their website, somebody may believe their lying eyes.
Flat earth and four crucified and intellectually dishonest and stupid claims. They require lies to overcome the evidence against them. Ultimately, to argue for either will require conspiracy as a premise.Â

Somebody said something about red herrings? Why is it you and only you are talking about flat earth and four crucified?
I don't decide anything at all. I am not and have never been a moderator. The rules are listed on the front page. (Well, they used to be. I haven't checked lately.) Anyway, we don't discuss politics or conspiracy theories, as many of those spill over into the political arena.

Glad you had a good experience Joyful. For many of us here, it would take a lot more than people being friendly and joyful to overcome the darkness the organization embraced for many years.

It's not bait. Flat Earth is a conspiracy theory. Seems on topic.

Waysider is right. Bullinger was wrong.
Both of those statements are true and easily proven.

Of course you can respond.
Do it in a way that doesn't involve politics or conspiracy theories.

I'm telling you, if you keep up about conspiracy theories, then...well, I don't know then but it's probably not good.

Right. Conspiracy theories are not good.
The stupidity of conspiracy theories like four crucified and flat earth should be disputed and refuted whenever they arise.

I would say the "whenever" part is where discretion becomes a consideration.
