Abrams is listing and describing sex offenders from every state over the next year starting alphabetically.

Did you all see that? He's on the most wanted sex offenders list in Alaska.

If anybody has any information that would help Alaska find this man, please email the Alaska Sex Offender Office at kathleen_williams@dps.state.ak.us You will be protecting a whole lot of little children!

Here is his picture and other information.

I am a fan of Bill O'Reilly, and he's on a campaign of sorts to get Jessica's Law put on the books in all 50 states.

Jessica's Law was passed in Florida and slaps on a mandatory 25 year sentence for sexual assault on a child.

Last night Bill had on the publisher of NH biggest newspaper, chided him for not doing anything much against child abuse, not many editorials, etc.

I think Bill is doing a great job and should be supported. Keep up the good work. Jessica's Law is good.

Actually, the laws prohibit offenders from living within 2,500 feet of a school, park, school bus stop or other places where children gather. Most of these laws craft tiny segments of the city where convicted offenders can still live. In some cities, the effect is an outright ban from city limits. Many legal experts expect these laws to get struck down as unconstitutional (you can't just say "move out of my city"). It's going to be up to the state to clean up this constitutional mess.

Too bad there are no laws prohibiting offenders from having an authority over children.

Oh...wait...THERE ARE...it's just that offenders like Rich are protected by others and, therefore, get away with not registering and have many victims presented to them on a silver platter.

LIving in the largest city in Alaska--the city where Mr Urquharts crimes were committed-- I have eagerly perused the paper to see if any mention was made of said person after the Abrams report.

NADA that's a big Goose egg folks

Glad the rest of the country is alerted and looking 'cause Alaska doesn't seem to be too concerned.....

I guess they figure we are all regularly perusing the sex offenders registry on line--

In Alaska with it's thousands of tiny towns and villages and vast spaces that's a lot of room to hide in

Rich being 'most wanted' makes national news but not a word in Anchorage?

Mo, this just proves that Alaska is NOT REALLY looking for him...that Alaska NEVER REALLY wanted to buck the 'powers that be' in twi...that what you went through at the hands of Alaskan authorities REALLY DID happen.

Maybe we here at GSC can bring pressure to bear on the Alaskan authorities...? Maybe some well-written and informative emails to the Abrams Report would help Alaska to get motivated to bring Rich into compliance?

Yes, Rich was not only involved in what happened in Alaska, he was one of the chief perpetrators/ringleaders.

No, Rich was not new to twi, just new to Alaska. He had perpetrated his crimes against children in other twi areas. TWI simply moved him around and around to different areas, never warning the parents in the new areas, allowing Rich to run official twi Children's Fellowships in his home where he and others perpetrated their crimes.
