  1. For RainbowsGirl,

    This is from lowcarbcooking.org

    Low Carb Pizza

    Ingredients:

    2 lbs hamburger meat

    1 small can tomato sauce

    3 cups grated cheddar cheese

    1 tsp. Italian seasoning

pepperoni or canadian bacon or any topping that is a veggie or meat

    3 T. grated parmesan cheese

    Cooking Instructions:

Pat hamburger meat in casserole until flat and all the way to the sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then drain. Spread sauce, sprinkle seasoning, and then layer the meats, veggies, and top with the cheeses. Bake until all is melted approx. 12 minutes.

    Serving suggestions:

You can cut it just like squares of pizza and serve. No one will even notice there is no crust. Looks just like regular pizza but low carb.

    Please Note:

I used 1/2 red pepper, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1/2 green pepper all cut in chucks, mushrooms, and canadian bacon. It was delicious.

  2. Thanks, Kathy, I think I now just have one pic of Bill Monroe and me. I have his autograph on my program from that nite. I need to find it and get the exact date that we were there!!! BUT I am at work right now!!!

RG, I may do that at some point, but I am busy this week. Maybe this week.

Rick is a cool dude at least when I talked to him on the phone once!!!!!!!!

Gotta check on my homemade low carb pizza that is in the oven.

Hubby likes low carb food when he is trying to watch what he eats, otherwise he loves every kind of food!!!!!!!

  4. Great music, I love John Prine of course, both of us being Kentuckians!!

And Tangerine Dream....wow... I was not even going to listen but I am glad that I did.

Gonna check out the dvd selection at Super Walmart today.

    Thanks, Dooj.

  5. Hey, everybody.

This YouTube thing has me thinking. If I have a video saved to my hard drive, can I upload it or whatever the proper term is to the music thread like you can YouTube????

Getting ready to go out to eat so if anybody responds, I may not see it till in the morning.

    Thanks and Happy Easter.

  6. What I really need today is to hear the song Chariots of fire and watch two guys running through a lunchroom in slow motion, That would make my day complete.
You a sked for it, you got it...except it is just one guy running slowly to Chariots of Fire
  7. Good morning. Just eating my breakfast and reading the threads. I would have to contact Bill or his manager/brother belong putting my videos of him on YouTube. I thought if I could just put them on GS then only the GS patrons could see them and I wouldn't feel like I need permission, though I am sure that they would heartily agree to my doing it on YouTube. We are going to AR in a couple weeks to see the lovely godchild, so we may give Bill/Bud a call.Vince Gill Go Rest High on That Mountain

  8. Congratulations, Jessica and the whole gang!!!!!!!!!!

Being married to a soul mate is fantastic. Hubby and I will celebrate 10 years of legal wedded bliss in a few days.

    God bless each of you.

  9. Hey, Kathy. Yes, Yes, Yes.... I have pics of me and Vince Gill back stage at the Opry. In one pic, he is signing a pic of him!!!!!!!!!!

BTW, have you talked to your hubby yet about your route south??? By way of my hometown????

  10. Hey excath, sorry you can't be with your mom. Mine has never done leg of lamb but her dad used to cook some great mutton= the whole thing cooked in a hole in the ground. I dont remember it myself but others have told me about it.

    I love lamb!!!

Enjoy that wonderful son of yours as I know you will. Happy Easter to you.

  11. man, that is the BEST decision you could make for yourself==walking away from THE WAY .... however, I am sorry about your marriage.

I walked away in 1994 and my life is 100 times better for it.

    Take care of yourself.

  12. Happy Easter to everyone also.

My family is gathering at my 80 yr-old mother's house!!! We are having turkey, roast beef, mac and cheese (homemade of course), potatoes, carrots, limas, corn, green beans, Harry and David dip and chips, lots of homemade desserts, and who knows what else.

Be careful coming this way, DMiller. Which your hometown wasn't so far away from here. Would love to meet you.

Take care and be safe out on the highways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    God Bless all of us.

    He is RISEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  13. WOW, Sudo, thanks for the Elvis video, how powerful and moving no matter how many times I watch it. Having lived in the Memphis area for 12 years or so, I appreciate Elvis more. Hubby and his cousin are super big fans of Elvis also.

Billy Haney who used to play at the Ramada in Memphis (Elvis came to watch him perform and invited him to Graceland and they stayed up all nite which was par for the course for Elvis anyway!!!) does a great job on the Trilogy also.

How could I put that from a video to here?

Yeah, Kathy, I imagine marrying Vince would make up for alot of pain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
