  3. Being a nurse i see both sides of this coin... I do know that our health system is different here in the UK. IT'S FREE........ Well nothing is free really we do pay in taxes and National Insurance. I would like to suggest in my opinion only, It is a well known fact that coughs and colds, Flu's ect, can not be treated, why pay $100 bucks to a doctor, when you can take a trip to the chemist, (drug Store) and pick up some Paracetamol (pain killer) and make sure the child drinks plenty. This would not cost as much, its not just children that pass these bugs, There are certain times of the year, and while you are at the doctors so are many others coughing spluttering and feeding the Doctors pocket. I am not telling anyone to not visit the Dr, if your childs temperture does not get under control, or starts to come out in a rash, get it checked, Vaccinations are important, they are a helpful deterant, Mumps, Rubella, chicken pox, can be killers, so vitally important, Also tuberculosis known as TB is now more common, it actually is transmitted most popularly by spitting. People that are carriers, spit on the floor, we walk in it, with out knowing, use our hands to take off our shoes, and there you go its transmitted., and here in the UK we seem to have more illegal immigrants lately bringing TB into the country. Also some people cant stay at home when they have flu, cough, cold, they may not get paid for being off work and have a family to keep, so germs will travel., The enviroment i work in on a hospital ward, we are prone to allsorts, but a good healthy balance diet, exercise, and most of us wont catch it, or not to the serverity some might. All our children here in the UK, have major vacinations at a very young age, 3 months, upwards, measles, mumps, rubella, (MMR) IMHO i would let the child have these vaccines they are important. MP

    Marriage

HAPe4me Reading your life blessed me so much, What a wonderful life, it mirrored my own marriage in many ways, although its only 18 years for me. But when our last child went to school i started training to be a nurse, like your wife i didnt need to work, and stayed home taking care of the family. But now they are teenagers, i have a fullfilling job as a nurse, caring for people. Like you, me and my husband have always done everything together. It was important to us both to be together, taking kids on holidays abroad, running them to classes, (football, netball, swimming, boxing, ect. ) Now the time has come and soon the nest will be less full.... But we will still have each other, and talk about all the things we will do. We Love each others company, and while our mates would go out, we would stay in and play board games LOL..... But out of all our friends we are the only ones still together,,, When told we needed to go out by twi.. We would stay in. Always doing things as a family. Always there for the kids. I want to believe that we have really given our children a foundation to build upon, set examples on marriage, raising children, faithfullness, communication, and commitment, , It takes hard work and When you live together there are no secrets, The kids see and hear everything. Yes this is both our second marriages, and being we both had bad experiences it was so much easier to make this one work, You tend not to make the same mistakes twice, (if the first time you put your hand in boiling water it hurt,,,,,,, YOU wouldnt do it again). So there was great learning. Yes like all things in life, if you have a passion for something you will invest in it, you nourish it, water it, spread some sunshine on it. Then watch it grow and reap the REWARDS. We never take each other for granted, Life is to short, here today gone tomorrow, no-one knows what the future holds, but for me Love came when i wasn't looking for it. My heart truly goes out to all those that have not found true happiness, and have bad experiences in relationships, i know it hurts, but it does get better, like getting over twi, It gets better, When you stay positive and move on, You learn not to make the same mistakes twice. But imho, dont put up barriers, not all men/women are bad, some-one out there is just like you, just wanting to be loved. With a genuine love.. Also God, is God, not a ministry, He is there for us all. Put him first and see things happen. Ask and you shall recieve. marypoppins I

    Marriage

I got married at 20 i loved him very much, we had a son. God was not in the picture in our marriage. My son is 6 weeks old and hubby was not getting enough sleep, so i went to stay at my parents for a few nights, Saturday morning came and i took myself and son back to the marital home, when i walked in the bedroom he was in Bed with my best friend. Well thats a whole nother story... But 16 months later i met powerfilled, he loved GOD with all his heart, i thought he was a crack pot. I believed there was a GOD but didnt think i needed him in my life, We would talk for hours, share secrets it was a friendship that was building, He had also caught his wife cheating, we use to talk about how hurt we were. Not realising that this was becoming more than a friendship. I Tried so hard to not get attached, No-way was i going through all that hurt again. But i was falling in LOVE, he was different, Caring, Understanding, Positive, Funny, He loved God, Loved everyone, never looked on the bad in people, had a Great sense of humour. Made me laugh, 18 Months later we were married. We both were totally committed to what our vows meant divorce was not a option for either of us. Commitment and communication was most important to me. I wanted to know how he was feeling, or if i did things that upset him, or visa versa, i didnt want us to take each other for granted, and he always told me that nothing was impossible for GOD, that any situation could be sorted, So here we are 18 years later with 3 wonderful Kids (teenagers) and he is still the same person i befriended 18 years ago, I love him unconditionally, hes my lover, my best friend, my soul mate, my protector, Familys provider, and a really special MAN..... Life has far been from easy, what with twi, me having cancer, spinal surgery, house caught fire (due to faulty boiler) and much more that i dont want to bore anyone with, but never has a day gone by that we dont tell each other how much we love each other. We have our arguments like all couples, but when you LOVE someone its worth communicating, and never let the sun go down upon your wrath. The quicker you sort it out the better, Yes i know it has to be a two way flow, but everyone deserves a taste of happiness, except some dont realise that they had happiness and let it go. They dont realise how much they took advantage until that person is gone. They say u never realise what you had until its gone. HOW VERY TRUE....... I thought that no-one would want me at twenty with a 16 month old son, but someone did, and now i am Thankful to God, for giving me a MAN that i can love and cherish for all the days of my life. Through the good times and the bad, in sickness and in health. Selfishness does not live in a marriage. My first marriage proved that.

    Warning

Thanks Moony3424 You have to be real careful, This is important. Hundreds of thousands use PAYPAL. I have bought items using Paypal, and never had a problem, but i knew it wouldnt take long for someone to try to copy cat it. I will keep my eye out for any dodgy emails.
  21. Well Mark, I have heard of a designer virgina, costs vary, and usually done by Plastic Surgeons. But i am having trouble with "i'd prefer a nice home theater"....... I dont think it means the same here in the UK.....
