  2. Similar to ruthless. Ruth, in olden times, meant mercy or compassion. I don't think ruthful is a word, though one could say "having ruth," I suppose. George
  3. Correct. 1. T.H.E. Cat 2. It Takes a Thief 4. White Collar. George
  4. Four shows with a basic theme. Guess one to win the round. A reformed second-story man acts as a bodyguard, meeting his clients at his neighbor's café. Aired 1966-1967. The world's greatest cat burglar, caught, steals stuff for the government in return for a pardon. Aired 1968-1970. A pardoned convict becomes a private detective. Aired 1974-1980. A brilliant forger, caught, works with the FBI in exchange for a pardon. Aired 2009-2014. George
  5. Correct. It's "Marla Hooch" belting out "It Had to Be You" at a road house. About the time the movie came out, I was playing in a small jazz band, and one of our songs was "It Had to Be You." I would always crack up, thinking about this scene. George
  6. I really didn't think I had THAT one! Try this: George
  7. I was going to guess a Harry Potter film, but these kids seem too poor. Oliver! (?) George
  8. I agree with the sentiment, but I have no idea what movie it's from. George
  9. Can you even FIND Windows XP to download, anymore? That's SO 20th Century! George
  10. Kind of. I don't think we'll see Bebo, though. George
  11. And use your photo editor to crop out titles, the rest of your viewscreen, etc. An alternative, if this software is loaded on your device is to use Snipping Tool. You can copy only the part of the image you want. Then go to Edit, Copy. Then paste the picture here. Many roads lead to Chicago... George
  12. Daniel Craig Casino Royale Eva Green George
  13. The shows span about five decades. George
  14. I didn't say I was quitting... And, yeah, it's a lot easier to find a still than to capture from a video. George
  15. I think Stargirl is going to be better than I first thought. Let's just say that she won't be going it alone. George

  17. It's okay, but it's not my favorite game. Probably because any scene I'd recognize would be an easy one. I always liked the Pictionary threads, but they died a slow death. Go ahead and post, if you wish. George
  18. It's the last season. Colson is now an android with his memories downloaded into it. The team is traveling through time, trying to stop the Chronicons (sp?). Sort of an "Agent Carter" crossover this last episode. George
  19. So, is anyone else watching Stargirl, yet? Also, SHIELD is actually quite entertaining this season! George
  20. I've never actually seen "Casablanca," but I'm pretty sure that Sam is getting ready to "Play it." (IIRC, the phrase, "Play it again, Sam" never actually occurs in the movie.) George
  21. EVERYTHING is easier to fix during Crisis. George
  22. Dynasty? John Forsythe was "in" every episode of "Charlie's Angels," but was never seen. (He was, of course, seen in "Bachelor Father." Linda Evans joked that she played a friend of Kelly (Forsythe's niece on the show) with a big crush on him, and then wound up "wed to him" on Dynasty 20 years later.) George
  23. Due to a login hitch, it took me quite a while, but I can finally get into HBO Max. I'm watching the Teen Titans cartoon "The Judas Contract." George
