Name that Star Trek Episode

Sounds a little like Cardassian justice. Is this the DS9 episode where Miles O'Brien is on trial? (And in a major upset, is actually found NOT guilty!) George -
I couldn't open the second. I notice that the format of the URL is a bit different from the first; maybe that's the problem. I think the singer's name is a state, followed by a Sesame Street character, followed by an auto maker. George

No, though it would be an interesting duel! The actor in question is featured (though not the star) of a new series on cable. In the TV show which is the subject of the clues, his character's name was more like a place. George

The star of this show has an autobiography entitled If Chins Could Kill. George

Yes. And the title is "Q-less." You inadvertently got it right earlier! George -
Julie Brown (not to be confused with "Downtown" Julie Brown) is a clever comedienne, but she's done more videos than movies. She has, however, been in Clueless, Spirit of '76, and Shakes the Clown Bobcat Goldwaith Police Academy 3 George

"There are over 550 million firearms in worldwide circulation. That's one firearm for every twelve people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11?" "Can you bring me the gun of Rambo?" "Part One, Two, or Three?" "I've only seen Part One." "The first and most important rule of gun-running is: Never get shot with your own merchandise." "The second rule of gun-running is always ensure you have a foolproof way of getting paid." "Back then, I didn't sell to Osama Bin Laden. Not because of moral reasons, but because he was always bouncing checks." "They say, 'Evil prevails when good men fail to act.' What they ought to say is, 'Evil prevails.'" George
