Since "Survivor" has contestants out away from people, I'm not sure other languages would ever be useful.

"Especially at night, I worry over situations, I know will be all right. It's just OVERKILL." Men at Work with "OVERKILL." I really thought he was going too easy when he went with the same band. -

OK, next one. This is a well-known show. There have been versions of this show made in other countries. (There have been a dozen different versions of the show, other than the original.) The original series is a US show that has been around for over 35 seasons. It is not a scripted show. The original show is a show where knowing other languages is not required, but can be very useful. Having a good memory and physical acumen are also useful.

I had a vague recollection that Anthony Michael Hall did a show with that name, based on the book. Ok, next one, let me think...

" I just wanna tell you both: good luck. We're all counting on you." " I just wanna tell you both: good luck. We're all counting on you." " I just wanna tell you both: good luck. We're all counting on you." "What was it we had for dinner tonight?" "Well, we had a choice of steak or fish." "Yes, yes, I remember, I had lasagna." "Bet, babe. Slide a piece o' da' porter. Drinks, I run da' java." "Lookie here. I can dig grease 'n chompin' on some buns and draggin' through the garden." "Tell me everything that's happened so far." "Well, first the earth cooled. Then the dinosaurs came. But they got too big and fat, so they died and turned into oil. And then the Arabs came, and they bought Mercedes-Benz'es..."[/b]

In fairness, "Mashed Taters and Gravy" could totally be a band's name. -

Well, then, how about "ZOMBIE" by "the Cranberries"? -

I think we don't think this quote is that easy, George. Maybe an additional quote?

Sounds familiar. Something like "Corpse" by "Mashed Taters and Gravy" or something. -
OK, we're probably talking Stephen King. It would help if I'd read some of his stuff. Any chance this is "THE STAND"????
