Are You More Moral Than Yahweh?
WordWolf replied to Raf's topic in Atheism, nontheism, skepticism: Questioning Faith
By agreement of Raf and T&O, the side-discussion on slavery and the Bible was one subject to more concretely address more nebulous topics of morality. That was the top of page 4. That having been said, we've had a few pages of prologue to that subject, and little actually addressing slavery and morality. If this keeps up, I'm going to end up reviewing and posting digests of the salient points made so they don't get completely lost in a sea of words. (Legitimate points shouldn't be lost.) -
Stealth triple again. In this TV-movie, a young boy is a friend to animals, befriending first a bear, then a rat. Eventually, he finds something that allows him to transform into aliens.

Was that "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"?
-
Is this "Jurassic Park: the Lost World War Z"?

That's it. I thought of using the movie "Go" for a link, but I was confident it was far too obscure.

Matt Damon???? And I, for one, had no clue about Nicholson there.

In this animated television series, a group of adolescent superheroes accompany an adolescent Latino adventurer/conservationist in his travels to save animals all over the world.

Ok, let's close this out. A) Bakery Boss. Brought to you by the Cake Boss. B) Carlot Rescue C) Tattoo Rescue Human had the closest correct answer, so, his turn.

"The Sound of Music Man of La Mancha." The Sound of Music + the Music Man + Man of La Mancha. (The Donkey I was thinking of was named Hote. Donkey Hote.)

He was looking for it to use as a clue in a game round a few weeks after he was looking for it. Meanwhile, I hope he posts the next one soon.

It's the one with the burro. Or did I mishear something?
-
The "A" show is hosted by Buddy Velasco, the self-proclaimed "Cake Boss." As for the rest, can anyone construct the names and save the round?

Another clue might be in order....

"Bar Rescue" is the one I wanted for bragging rights. (It aired a year before the hotel one, according to Wikipedia.) "Restaurant Stakeout" doesn't match any description I gave, as restaurants, as a rule, are neither places to buy pastries and cakes, nor vehicles/cars, nor get your skin decorated. (I did a question on "Restaurant Stakeout" before, but it's also a different show in that it doesn't change the locations at all-just retrains the boss and/or staff.) As for "Cupcake Wars", it's a head-to-head baking competition. So, still looking for any of the 3 I described. (Not counting the bragging rights one, since that was named.)

That's it. It amazes me that every time I mention "10 Things I Hate About You", I keep getting a reaction like nobody's ever heard of it. I like trying to make successful triples. Your turn, George.

"Don" Diego de la Vega, aka "Don" Diego Vega, or "Diego Vega" as he would be called today. The most famous wearer of the mask of Zorro. Anthony Hopkins in the more recent movies (Banderas played Zorro, but NOT Diego Vega). Tyrone Power in "the Mark of Zorro", and Guy Williams in the Disney television series. (My Mrs would have gotten mad at me if I left him out.)

Side note: Although the title of the first show is occasionally written one way, it is almost always written another way. (I even glanced at it once and mispronounced it for an instant because of the standard way of writing it.)

Here's a set of obscure, recent shows. Name any to take the round. Seems that a lot of people are making shows based on rebuilding businesses. Some expert visits the business, chats with the staff and owner, fix their attitudes, and usually do some or lots of remodeling to the physical location to make it a more successful business. Besides the first one, there have been, so, far, shows to save: A) local places to buy pastries and cakes B) local places to buy cars C) local places to decorate your skin permanently Name any. (And name the one that I didn't describe, that became the model for the others, for bragging rights.)
-
No. The titles, as written normally, work completely as a "stealthy triple" should. (1 & 3 could fit together, there's no articles in between any of them.) You just need the 3 (2) names, and you need to put them in the correct order of the titles (which is not necessarily the order of the description, which otherwise would get too convoluted.)

Are those roles for Shia Le Boeuf? (However his name is spelled)

Here's a stealth triple. In this animated (?) TV movie, we follow the life of a boy/man-Ben Tennyson. As a young teen, he discovers an alien device (the Omnitrix) that allows him to transform into alien forms. As an older teen, he has to find an un-date-able girl in school a date so he can date her younger sister (somewhat like an easily-forgotten takeoff of Shakespeare's "Taming of the Shrew.") As an adult, he goes through a mid-life crisis and becomes infatuated with this blonde, cornrow-wearing married woman he meets. Actors include Julia Stiles, Heath Ledger, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Larry Miller, Gabrielle Union, and Bo Derek.

Hello! I'm doing fairly well and I hope you are, also. 15 years. Where has the time gone? They look like they're doing well.
