I always (well except when he was beating the Red Sox) liked Joe. He was a stable breath of fresh air for that organization after all of its past hurricanes. If they wanted to change directions I would have thought he could have been eased out more graciously for all that he has done for them
joe torre is a classy guy. I don't blame him for not taking a pay cut. After everything he had done for the yankees. If anything it shows how classless george
stienbrenner is and he always was and always will be!
