i have jim's manuscript. i just have to ask family if i can do something with it. or does anyone know?

Excie, if Jim gave you a copy of his manuscript, and he still had a copy, then the copyright definitely still belongs to his heirs. Do not sell or give away copies without their permission. If he gave you the only copy, with a letter that says, "Here, do what you want with it, it's yours," then it is yours.

If he gave you the only copy with no instructions, I would check with an attorney versed in intellectual property law, but my gut says the manuscript belongs to his heirs.

Hope that helps,

Shaz

Didn't David Anderson have a manuscript for a book about James? Anyone know if it got published?

Hey there Jim. Not sure if this is the one you were talking about, but here it is ---

Online, and in it's entirety ----- >>> The Two Ways Of The First Century Church

Yea -- James (the book and person himself) is not treated kindly in this work. ;)

Save this to your favorites, and / or print it out. I did. Great reading!!
