I'm guessing this was a typical ministry do as I say not as I do thing.

It was a life need for everyone except those doing the administrating.

so I clear some time away and call back "Okay . . . I'll meet with you guys NOW" . . . "Oh no Rosie said she's already rescheduled her time . . . she said you can send us a letter"
