  1. Have you ever seen, heard of, read about anyone actually casting a mountain into the sea? I should think that should be your first clue that the verse is not meant to be interpreted literally.

  2. There is NO POWER WHATSOEVER in believing... The only power in a belief transaction is the power of the person who made the promise to keep it. If God makes a promise to do something, and that thing gets done, then the only one who has exerted any power is God. If God makes a conditional promise, and if we demonstrate by failing to meet the condition that we don't trust God, then our lack of trust can be regarded as preventing God from bringing his promise to pass. But if we do have faith, and meet the condition, then it is STILL GOD'S POWER, not any "power of believing" from within us that bring's the promise to pass. The title of the class... "POWER for Abundant Living"... was a lie from the get go!!! Love. Steve
