PW county Virgina has had stations run out for a day or two, but in general all the Sheetz have gas. The tradional cheap stations like Crown seem to be the highest and Exxon has been the lowest.

Also, The way corps principle quoted at the beginning of this thread was changed, watered down. I don't think way corps are suppose to believe for material abundance for themselves anymore, but I might be wrong. There are new corps principle written by LCM. I don't think his doctrine on that has been changed by the current leaders.

One branch leader would have his fellow way corps come over and clean his house and fix up his yard while he worked the word in preparation for that day's teaching. Never saw him put forth the same effort he required of his fellow corps. But it is easy to look down the nose at someone else and violate Romans 8:1, and that seemed to be the formula for upward mobility for several.

BTW, and I'm sorry for returning to the thread, but Penta water has not been available in the "Whole Foods" chain of stores in my area for some time now. At least not the past three weeks that I checked. I think it might be a supply and (lack of) demand thing.

If you were able to get a good job before being way corps, you could do the same after way corps. I know I was able to get a great job, then was full time, then got dropped and was able to get a better job after being dropped. Most of the corps that had to look for a job after the full time era ended could not get one, because they underpriced themselves due to their way brain thinking (live on a need bases really screwed their pricing therefore no one wanted to hire a person that sould be asking 50K but only asks 32K), or they did not have the talent needed on the field. Most didn't know how to sell themselves. The market has been at a jobless rate that allows anyone to demand and get pretty much any position they want, yet you still have people settling for jobs with UPS or gym instructors when they could be running major corporations (opps).

I agree Vickles, they really use fear as a method of keeping people in check. I once saw a current way persons icon for instant messenger lite, which meant she was online. I IMed her and she just signed off because she knew I was no longer going to fellowship. I once confronted a way minister because he was non-supportive when my parent died and I was in his town. He said " if you needed help all you had to do is call". I told him I had called three times and he never returned my call. He then proceeded to threaten me with being at deaths door with that attitude. So leaving the ministry is subtly and openly taught as leaving your hedge of protection. If you can't keep them with your teachings keep them with fear. That's the WAY to do it. Pun intended.

Yes Igotout, and some are fooling themselves into thinking they have all the answers. They believe they know if all and because of the great training they received, they can do it better than anyone. I guess they never look at LCM's current job title.

yes, Twice -- both times by Corps that were trained at HQ. I was in residence at Indiana. Seems there was a huge difference in the training programs between WaXXe ClAXX and LCM. I think I pXXXEd off a corps guy because I told him he had already made up his mind about a decision before we had our conversation. I told him he was using the same tactics described by a decision tool salesman the week before at my company and he said the difference is "his decision was based on God's direction". Within 1/2 hour of the conversation he was asking my wife if 'when we had disagreements if I was as stubborn with her'. Funny, how bold this man that asked my help in getting a job just the year before could be so bold in attacking my marriage at that point. Proper arrangement also meant something different at the Indiana campus. Corps without kids never seemed to plan events for kids, until they ended up having kids. A Godly marriage always upset leaders that were having difficulties themselves. I remember one wife attacking a woman because her husband was paying her too much attention. They actually had a very negative influence on this woman and she ended up getting a divorce.

When I was in residence, one of my fellow corps told me that don wierwille's car got broken into while shopping in ft. wayne. oh the condemnation that would have been available to one of us if that had happen to a corps person. I bet that would have been reason to dropped one of us from the corps if it happened to us. Tell me someone else knew of this event please.
