Hi Gang, Havent been around in a while, but this post caught my eye. I like to let the Bible speak for itself on alot of issues, and this subject is one of them. We all know Israel was scattered because they broke the Law. If you read Deuteronomy 28 it is very specific about how God would do this to them: Det 28:16 You (Israel) will be cursed in the city, and cursed in the field. Deut28:23 The Heaven above you brass, the earth under you iron. This is referring to prison. See Isaiah 42:22 But this is a people robbed and spoiled,and they are HID in PRISON houses...when you go visit a prison, who you see the most of there is probably Israel.Because God said He would hide them there. Deut 28:25 The Lord would cause them to be smitten(Physical Abuse) by their enemies, and always running from the authorities. Deut.28:28..Mental Illness, Deut28:32 Their children stolen from them... Deut28:37...people would call you bad names, Deut 28:42..children taken from you and sold into slavery Deut 28:44 Being the poorest group of people in any community Deut 28:46 All these curses are on this people Israel for a sign...to let you know who Israel is... Deut28:68 Being sold into slavery, carried from their land by ships to every nation on earth. This is what God said He would do to Israel if they broke His Commandment, and He did it to them. In Psalms it talks about blotting Israel out from being a nation, that they would no more remeber who they were. So, whover Israel is, they have no way to trace their family tree, because God said He would scatter them and they wouldnt know who they were, or where they came from. That is the Israel of the Bible's Identification. So if this has happened to your 'group' of people, or a group of people you know...there they are. Rachel

Gee Sky...You dont read the Book much, do you? I love humor, I just dont like mockery...which is the vibe I get from your post. If you are serious, or sincere, then my heart goes out to you. The circumcision has nothing to do with 'The Law', I think you mean the 10 commandments when you say that. It has nothing to do with the Sacrificial Law, which is the law that was added because of transgressions. Did you know that transgression means to sin? So God added a law, in case you sinned. That is the law of animal sacrifice, the law that was done away with, by Jesus Christ, the perfect sacrifice, The Lamb of God, our Perfect Passover...which was an animal sacrifice by the way, don't you know. But the Circumcision was a token between God and Abraham, that God would keep His promise to him, Abraham, that a multitude would come out of his loins. Abraham is called the Father of Faith/Believing, and his token, and his seed's token of that faith in the promise was the circumcision. It has NOTHING to do with sex, perversion or the 10 commandments. In Deuteronomy God tells His people to circumcise the forskin of their hearts, and in the NT you see that circumcision is nothing but keeping the commandments of God. I wonder is that what it really means, just because it says it...In Acts, you see the rift about circumcision was concerning Gentiles...but Paul circumcised Timothy, and hey...no problem. Then he did the same thing to Titus, and it was cool. Maybe a little more study without the old wine in our minds would be appropiate. Hope this helps, Rachel

hi cowgirl, I read your post, and here goes...God works in us, to will(want to) and do(then WE do) His good pleasure. Phillipians 2:13 If you read the preceeding verse, it says to work out your own salvation, with fear, and trembling. This was rarely addressed, or ignored in Our Gang, but It's in there, and it means just that. Oz impied that if you dont obey, you die, and that is the truth. We have the free will to obey God or sin. The soul that sins shall surely die. If you love God, keep His commandments. When you read Love in the Bible, you can replace them with Keep His Commandments, they are interchangable. So, if you have a mind to obey, and do what God says, He WILL work in you to help you want and do, His good pleasure. To find out what God's will and good pleasure are, read The 10 Commandments. They havent changed, in any 'administration' Look neither to the right nor left, but keep your eyes on My LAW...that is how it really reads...If you dont do those things, you are sinning, He made it really easy for us, and His Commandments are not grievous. wordwolf... you are human, after the kind, or seed, right? your children are human, after your kind, of seed, right? so...if God had a son (and He does) after His Kind, or seed, what would it be? This is easy, connect the dots. It's not rocket science. Rachel

Pretty good start... The logic would be flawed if...I was supposing that the son would have the same job as the father, but I am referring to seed...your son is what you are, not what you do. You are human, your son is human, not a monkey or whatever the %#@*. If it was that easy, free will to keep the commandments(Love Jesus) or not wouldnt be an issue here. Also, Jesus said, that He said we are gods, but we shall die like men, Psalm 82:6, John 10:34. As to the them becoming like God, what Satan said was, "God knows that when you eat this, you eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be AS gods, knowing good and evil. Satan didnt lie here. That happened. So it is probably same to assume, logically that gods know the diff between good and evil. It's up to us to decide which we are going to do. Rachel

Do any of you men have children? Sons maybe? If so, what are they, are they monkeys? are they some representation of you, but not quite the same as you...human? Why is it so difficult to accept that the Son of God would be what His Father is, a God? When Jesus was Born Again...The Ressurection, that's when He got a new body. His body was like His Father's Body...A God Body. When we are Born Again, at the Ressurection, or if we are so lucky to have it happen when Jesus comes back...we will be changed, born again physically, and be given a new body, like His new body...and be Gods, like them. When Jesus was on earth, he had a body like Adam...sinless, immortal, but not quite God...after his likeness, but not after his kind, remember. How's that for a can of worms. Bring it on, Rachel

Jesus asked The Father to glorify Him with the Glory He had before the world was. He saw Satan fall from Heaven, like lightening. He was in the form of God, before He was in the form of a man. He said, that he said ye are gods. He followed the children if Israel in a cloud by day, and fire by night. A body was prepared for Him, and he partook of the the flesh.... Come have dinner with me...you have to be alive to eat it right? Jesus may not Be The Father, but He is and Was God...There are two of them, not one and not three.

Hi Gang... I think the Law and Commandments of God/Jesus are the measuring stick here...If you are sleeping with your sister's husband, or your best friends' wife, you probably dont want anyone to know. How about stealing from your job? Lying on your best friend...do you want something bad to happen to that guy down the street because he just got his kitchen remodeled, backyard landscaped or Dayyam!!!His wife is fine? Sexually perverse? Like to eat living things? Dabbling in the Masons or Santaria? I would hide that sh%*t, wouldn't you? Father knows Best...Father knows, cause He had the Book written. Rachel

Hey Gang, I live in Cali. Cathy(then)Tateo witnessed to me in 83/84...hung in there till the Very Bitter End. Still have friends in Oakand and Alameda, living in some twi-light zone timewarp, going to twigs run by Jezebels(women that think they are men) twi-ce a week. Please pray they get delivered...no new people for 12 years...God is Faithful.... Also, Charley, is doing...OK. Lives with his mom, I think in Alameda....will try to find an address for him.
