What's Ironic is that this Baptist church in Kentucky is worse than twi ever was, and in hardly Baptist. They are more similar to twi in their hatred of homosexuals. It seem that their hatred extends to military as well. I remember times when I thought twi should launch legal action such as the time when the National Enquirer reported that we did weapons training at six different boot camps, but vpw said that it wasn't worth his time, that it would be a distraction from WOW.

There is a group down in San Diego who believe that vpw's books are a replacement for the Bible.

It is a law. It even works with witchcraft. We have additional power with tha name of Jesus, but there are conditions that we have to meet as well, such as "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:" Psa 66:18

Seth and I have been friends since back in the day. It's the "atheist" part that bothers me. I agree with you on twi and organized religion, but the Bible is very important. We can't let what people do remove us from our destiny. Jesus don't play that, but people do.

Somehow I found the 600 believable. The numbers are probably exagerated anyway in this ministry that "has no members so that nobody can get kicked out" (vpw).

I still think it was a tree. Did it really? They has 200,000 members 22 years ago, and 600 now.

Personally, I think that the original sin was eating fruit from the tree of knowledge of good an evil. This is exactly where we went wrong in twi even back in the 70s and 80s when I was there. We got all concerned about trivial stuff instead of what we are supposed to do, knowledge instead of action and relationship. We were still eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Truly knowledge puffs up.

Boy, have they ever gone down hill. We were always 100% correct. I have since had a problem with first thought revelation. I'd wondered why my first thought was always "Kill them all!"

I guess I haven't been here since 2003. I'd heard that Rosilin somebody was the prez, but the name was not Rivenbark. I wondered it it might be her, though with a new married name? The story that I'd heard about lcm and Gunnison was that it belonged to the board of trustees and not to twi itself, and that lcm being the head of the board somehow gaines ownership of the property. I have also heard that homosexuality has become the new original sin. I was bewildered on how that worked when there were only one man and one woman in existance at the time?

Do they still exist? How big are they today? Who is the Prez today? What is the latest theological change? I heard that LCM has taken ownership of Camp Gunnison for himself. Is this true? I've been out of the loop for a while. Just wondering what's going on?
