    TWI's God

Just Loafin'..I mentioned on another thread that I had to re-register, same name as before but w/out the (w). Belle.."attacking Mark, derailing your thread,etc.." ?? You are the one that de-railed it !! Ask Mark if he felt harrangued, harrassed, attacked before you jump to conclusions. Change your medication girlfriend !! It is also interesting that when Belle gets upset, 'up pops' Temple Lady from out of the blue ! And Temple Lady, the Mormons have the same amount of reverence for their 'Book of Mormon' 'Pearl of great price' as TWI'ers or exTWI'ers have for the King James, o.k.

    TWI's God

Any topic posted becomes anybody, everybodies topic, Belle. Are you the new moderator (or aspiring to be)? I asked Mark a simple question to which he has replied (thankyou Mark). As you can see Belle, no need to be neurotic about it !
  3. I believe that some peoples 'mindsets' allows the adversary room to move in situations. Of course if one does not believe in Satan anymore and his motives and methods then I would be posting to a brick wall.

    TWI's God

I guess if my beliefs make me a twi apologist that makes you a catholic apologist, right ?
  6. And yet I have a number of newspaper clippings and I'm sure if you read the papers at home there are plenty of articles about things happening to people and they or someone else being interviewed stating that they had had a 'great fear' or a 'building fear' that this particular thing was going to happen to them. One example was a teenage girl who had a 'vivid dream' that she was going to die in a car crash. She went as far as making out a will, gifting her pony to someone etcc.. Couple of weeks later, it happened. Like they say..."careful what you 'wish' for ".
  7. What kind of believing does God honour ? Believing believing ?!
  8. Again..I for one never looked on VPWs works as 'God breathed'.. BUT I will say that they logically and otherwise are 'streets ahead' of most other denominational and non-denominationals interpretations of scripture (imo)
  9. Exactly..the same Saddams and Al Zawharis of TWI are still in charge and still pull the strings.
  10. Yeah..still believe in believing..too many instances of positive mindsets and mental images coming to pass to not believe. I don't think we ever adopted a 'grit your teeth style of believing' but rather an 'assured knowing that good was going to come to pass often exceeding our expectations'.
  11. I have exie BUT some of the things Olive Leaf Extract can do are.. well.. near miraculous.
  12. No !! It's Sunday morning Down unda and I'm going downstairs for pancakes and coffee. But..all kidding aside, if you cant download the teaching or listen to it I will post some highlights later !! ( really, the whole thing was a highlight and not just BD's dry humour ! )
  13. A shameless plug for what I consider one of the best teachings on abundant sharing I've heard in awhile ! Dr. Bob Darnell of CFFM..entitled 'Deliberate Giving'.
  14. Don't know whats up LG, BUT when my body was breaking down I went on a lengthy course of Olive Leaf Extract..Google it to see its' benefits !!! It is somewhat of a miracle cure all (well almost ) Makes me think too of the coming administration where the leaves of a tree are given for the nations healing.
  15. Hi Sudosuda ! Take heart, not everybody here hates VP's guts. SOME of us like you remain thankful for VP's ministry helping to get us 'on the right track' (for ourselves) and are STILL enjoying the blessings and comfort of what was taught. A perusal of the 'Everything is broken' thread is a timely reminder for me to stay on course on the journey God has called me and my family to. God Bless you Sudosuda
  16. Eyes opened after seeing sexual misconduct at Indiana campus being 'brushed over'. ROA in the family corps tent and a very over-zealous 'newly graduated' corps brother ripping into my 5 year old son for eating a cookie half in, half out of our tent. Personally, I think the guy was pi*#ed off because he had been assigned to Alaska..but in hindsight I could really thank him now !!
  17. I think a wonderful church service can include ALL of the above !! A time of air punching, a time of quiet reflection, a time for amens and hallelujahs certainly adds up to an exciting and expectant atmosphere.
  18. Bear in mind that people in clubs, fellowships, associations etc.. like to 'hang' with like-minded people as well.Thats the main reason behind their associations. For example you don't join a Harley Davidson club with a Honda and expect other members to go ga-ga over your Honda CB 250 !! You either buy a Harley or aspire to buy one or join a Honda enthusiasts club.
  19. Absolutely ex-10, it makes for exciting services and an exciting atmosphere (and the meeting can still be deemed decent and in order) ! I think people get mixed up with 'prim and proper' !!
  20. Thanks Bliss...but I'm ( Allan ), regular poster who has moved interstate, upgraded computer and server system and discovered that it was easier to re-register with G.S. again !!
  21. Probably because many of their songs were not condusive to 'raising hands' 'waving of hands' unlike the praise and worship music today !
