  1. I like the screenshot capture program. But there is more on that site. Have to be a member of it I think. Or a member of geekstogo. Can't re member...lol..i crack myself up :). No requirements except membership and download the free license code. http://www.donationcoder.com/Software/Mous...ptor/index.html
  2. ok still haven't figured out reactos. Would like to but no biggy, haven't tried windows based programs yet on it. I was more interested in internet access. It's a Micro1 motherboard with a p3 450. And micro1 doesn't offer support that i could find. Searching for drivers for this is nuts, unless you want to pay for some sort of driver upgrade program. But I'm against that unless it's highly recommened by those I know that they know what they are talking about. Then there are places like driverguide and others that you have to be a member of to download drivers. Of course you would have to know what your machine has on it...HA! Should of seen the size of the sound card i pulled out! it plugged into one of those long brown slots at the bottom of the machine. Had to pull it cuz none of the linux stuff saw it...lol. Kubuntu worked ok but slow and jumpy, but i could get on the internet withit. Gentoo is a much better system and still free, it's faster and better and more programs on it. These are Linux os btw, figured you guys knew that. The problem with Linux is they will not run windowsxp programs. But Gentoo has some basic programs that are similar, as well kubuntu or unbuntu..whatever...lol. Still nothing beats xp. That react looks good, if i could only figure a way to load the drivers, which are windows based mostly. They have a small list of compatable hrdware on their site but not the drivers. Anyways, got a machine with decent speed, internet access, running gentoo's live cd (and the files of gentoo will fill up a cd-rw). So $0 invested for the whole project except the cost of one cd-rw. Not bad i think.
  3. it's in there somewhere! removing files in use-even in the registry http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=...amp;btnG=Search actually i think i saw it in msn newsgroups-but you would have to post the question. you can get outlook express to do your newsgroups which is much easier then the web based reader. easier to find and flag a post so you pick up the responses quickly, and it can be integrated into outlook 2003
  4. cool, igotout norton has been blocking worms and trojans for some time, and yeah it's a resource hog for sure, gotta have a lot of memory, and a fast processor there is a way to remove files in use, i found it somewhere on the internet, from the registry does pcanywhere work the same as desktop sharing in msnmessenger? that's what i use to help my brothers who have now upgraded to xp. you have to have xp and msnmessenger 7.5 msnmessenger has now come out with a newer version but i like 7.5 better the new one- http://get.live.com/messenger/overview and the only place i could find 7.5 http://www.softpedia.com/progDownload/MSN-...load-24627.html anyways i do hope she gets rid of the thing heck i'd reformat i have the servicepack2 cd, ms will send it free of charge, not even shipping and handling
  5. btw, you can get symantecs norton antivirus from google.com download their pack http://pack.google.com/ it's fully functional for 6 months

  14. Bramble, feel free to pm me. I may be able to help. But as we know we let patience work it's work. answers come and questions too. There are many who have been enlightened, not many hear though. Peace.
  15. Ok got react up and running but it will not recognize and load drivers. I have loaded Kubuntu - runnung from the disk and it has drivers for everything on the machine So so far without winxp i've been able to get on the internet quickly. With windowsxp and Kubuntu it was much slower, It is an unactivated copy of winxp without sp2. Tryed it with sp2 and it was worse. I think you have to know some programing and have drivers for everything on the comp for react to work properly-not sure. But i had these old computers and its kind of fun to play with them, Like working on an old car or something. lol Both computers were given to me, so no money involved. And i couldn't see putting $90 towards another copy of win xp on it. although winxp worked very well on this machine. Posting from the kubuntu live cd now. Any advice on react is welcome cuz i really like it better then kubuntu because it is faster.
  16. http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/ http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/index.php?a...details&f_id=15 cleanup beats ccleaner i have found igotout by a good margin from that site i posted they all can be used for free the trojan hunter and ewido can be used for 30 days free they are easy to run and download with high speed
  17. Love has always been the highest Law. Always, and boundless, a law that ends Law. Yes a two edged sword. Cutting twice going in and twice coming out. To those ready to take it on. The thoughts and intents of the heart. Fruit of the Spirit against such there is no Law. And the fruit of the spirit is love and more. Perhaps the parable of parables. Not attained through carnal thinking. But by our intellect merging with the wisdom of God, that makes foolish the wisdom of the world, beyond what is written in scrolls and books and forums, but that which is written and continues to be written in the heart. We must use our thoughts and minds to see godliness. It is all over the bible, and a simple but real game. A game of stategy. To seek with the whole heart mind and soul. And it is limitless, which includes religions of all sorts. They can contribute in many ways.
  18. Great post Abigail, We try too hard sometimes but we must seek which requires a few moves on our part. That is what unlocks many things we already have. They had it throughout history. And the moves we make will come to mind from within, a letting of those things that are be. Cause nothing really changes but our perception. Seeing they cannot see. Another words things are seen but not understood. A real game of making the right moves in the mind to see the moving of what's in the mind. It's always been there, always will be.
  19. Abigail Yes very true and the changes affect them both. Seems not too many are interested here, perhaps more will speak.

I did get it installed but when I turned it off i couldn't turn it on again...lol p3 160 ram 3 gig hard drive smokin huh :) I'll also see if word 2002 will run on it
  22. If we think of dead to sin as spiritual, then yes it's true and "literal" as in literally spiritual. But in the flesh it's a different deal. Although all wrongs are not sin. Just a couple of half thoughts and hey! A new catch phrase to burn "literally spiritual" :):):) 2muchfun
  23. Since we are talking interfaith here, or supposed to be this The believer is free from the old law of weakness, failure, and defeat, for he is now covered by the spiritual law of life in Christ Jesus. The old law had dominion over us, but now "sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace" (Romans 6:14). The new "law of the Spirit of life" is stronger than the old "law of sin and death." With the coming of the greater the lesser terminates. For example, if I drop the pen I am holding, it will fall to the ground because of the law of gravity. But if I place my other hand under the pen as it drops, the law of power and strength in my hand will make the law of gravity ineffective and the pen will no longer fall to the ground. The moment we believed Romans 10:9, the old law of failure and defeat became ineffective because of the strength of the new law of spiritual life in Christ Jesus. from http://peterwade.com/articles/wade/condemn.shtml Are you spiritual allan? I think this by Peter Wade was happening throughout history. And not quite in his words.
