If the great Apostle Paul struggled with the flesh and lost again and again and again, what were you expecting from VPW? For the people who say that TWI completely ruined your life, what exactly ruined your life? The fact that VPW fell into sin or the fact that you allowed an idol to form in your own mind (VPW) and that idol didn't come through for you?

VPW had a powerful ministry. How do I know? Jesus Christ said you will know them by their fruit. Well the fruit of VPW's efforts was 100,000 people getting born again. 100,000? That's called the mighty hand of the Lord moving to save....regardless of what weaknesses VPW may have had in his life.

26 years I've been with The Way. Never, Never Never Never Never seen a soul saved, or a life turned for the better. Hundreds of crazies though. My roommate, he was born and raised in twi, ended up in one of those crazy-people homes.

TWI is a fear based ministry. It's like a drug. Do drugs ruin lives or do the people taking them? Why outlaw drugs? Why start programs to prevent kids starting drugs, alcohol or smoking?

And while Aaron may be a great guy and all, he is a company man, through and through. A Marine till the end, and while he doubtfully would hurt anyone himself, he will do as he's told. Chavoustie I never really got to know much, so can't say, but forget about Linder making anything better. That would take a complete miracle and turn around as he has some of the biggest influence on Rosie even today.

Aaron Hampton - He would be the first to move the ministry in a new direction

Linder - His loyalty can be strength and a weakness, but he can speak to the common guy, those of us who won't be biblical scholars

You're right in that it can be out of order, but it is the same if someone says "someone pray for the BOD" and three people jump in (or nobody wants to)

I think it gives more opportunity for people to assert their more mature "status" and make others who are nervous (a little fearful?) feel they aren't doing enough for God. Not bubbling over to manifest must mean someone isn't studying the Word enought, SIT enough, speaking the word enough etc. It all leads into the whole "God told you to do such and such and you didn't, so I get to reprove you now" stuff.

Volunteering is a sign of maturity. You should always be ready to manifest.

This may depend on the fellowship. Or, I first saw this at HQ, maybe this hasn't spread (back) to your area yet.

What I mean to say is I won't approach a grizzly bear until I know it's harmless. (DEAD) As long as it breaths there still the possibility of recovery.

If the points in VPWs books are valid, take them through out VPW.

VPW is reverenced like a god at twi. He is not dead.

TWI is an aggressive and dangerous organization. Obedience is kept by using death threats. i.e. if you leave the adversary will kill you.

Yes he was a man. His effects are not in the past. Twi still exists and must be destroyed.

Anyone who knew her recently will not give too much detail this soon on this site. I probably as shocked as you to find out that she was involved with the lawsuit. I assure you she's in New Knoxville.

She and her current husband Ted, are still at HQ.

I'll vote for 'Are the Dead Alive Now'. During his last SNS teaching at HQ, not even one month before he died, he reaffirmed that ADAN was the most important thing he ever taught, IHO. Before TWI I kind of leaned toward reincarnation, but his presentation of ADAN just made sense; still does.

Once in a conversation with believers, we were all talking about which topic was more critical, JCING or ADAN. One guy said, "Which one has more devil spirits associated with it?", the obvious answer being ADAN. That song off the first Breakthrough recording paints a desperate picture of people trying to somehow get in touch with departed loved ones driving themselves crazy in the process. I haven't known many people like that, but the ones I HAVE known stand out. They just can't enjoy life; they're in bondage. ADAN delivers people from this. That's a good thing IMO.

As for goos things, how about Aquilla and Priscilla.

As far as I know, the Christadelphians believe almost exactly what ADAN says. (I haven't checked every detail) and they've been around 100-200 years. There are probably other groups.

The teaching of holy spirit and manefestians I have not found elsewhere either.

The fox is keeping a lid on some of the personnal style so as to stay away from LCMs style, but she can't do this forever.

More important the younger guys on the cabinet, hampton, brooks, and the computer guy that does the bicycle tricks, will be a influence in moving away from the uncle howie style of running things.

If the way can forget the wierwilles, martindales, georges, and other "Names", I think a lot can change for the better.

TWI has destroyed too many people. TWI is a dead ministry - God doesn't live there anymore. His people have left.

They pride themselves on their "Knowledge" of the Word. Yes, Jesus said, it testifies of him. That does not mean they have made him their Savior. TWI does not hold the Head - Christ - in esteem. To them, he is not the head of the body, VP, LCM, and now Rosie are. As long as they have their "Popes" - whoever is the chosen one this year - mediating for them, and interpreting the Word for them, they don't need no stinkin' Head.

I don't believe, even if the young ones get in power, God will ever again give any increase. The kids will be twice as bad as the parents.
