  1. Was that ever released as a single? I realize that this thread doesn't have the "airtime" requirement that "Name that Tune" does, but it seems a pretty obscure album cut (even though the album is pretty well-known). George
  2. Nah. It's "Batman" (the first Michael Keaton one). "The Lord, the Lord Jehovah has given unto you these fifteen... Oy! Ten! Ten commandments for all to obey!" George
  3. "Giant! Kill him your way!" "What is my way?" "Hide behind a boulder; and when he comes by, smash his head in with a big rock!" "Hunh. My way is not very sportsmanlike." (from memory, so probably not verbatim) George
  4. "Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl" (or whatever the first one was called)? George
  5. My next guess was going to be "Help!" George
  6. That's the one. When Gypsy Rose Lee is getting started, a couple of her co-workers tell her (in song) that "You Gotta Have a Gimmick": George
  7. I would occasionally get reamed for the usual "not believing everything in Way doctrine and practice, without question"; but I can't think of anything as bizarre as some of your examples. It's sad that the "ream-ees" got hell for no reason, but I think it's equally sad that the ream-ers had no clue. I hope you don't mind that I find some of these rather entertaining. What IS the correct way to chop tomatoes for salsa? George
  8. "You got my note!" "I got... A note..." George
  9. I don't understand this statement. Anyway, It's the first Expendables. Close enough. George
  10. This movie was about a decade later. George
  11. Stallone, Statham, Li, Lundgren, cameos by Schwarzenegger, Willis... George
  12. Correct. I remember a DJ saying that when they sang about the Mamas and the Papas, they sounded like the Mamas and the Papas; when they sang about the Beatles, they sounded like the Beatles; when they sang about Donovan, they sounded like Floyd the Barber. George
  13. Sometimes you gotta say "What the F---", make your move. Joel, every now and then, saying "What the F---", brings freedom. Freedom brings opportunity, opportunity makes your future. So your parents are going out of town. You got the place all to yourself. George
  14. I know I've seen it, but I can't place it. George
