  1. I've never seen the movie, but every cannibalistic double entendre seems to lead to "Silence of the Lambs." George
  2. B and D seem familiar, but it's probably been 50 years since I've seen them. Maybe Hiway will chime in. These seem more up his alley. George
  3. I never considered "The Man from UNCLE" a comedy, though like "I/Spy," it did have its humorous elements. The answer I was looking for was, in fact, "Chico and the Man from UNCLE." George
  4. Not getting it from the titles OR the lyrics. Sorry. George
  5. Though both component shows contained humorous elements, I would only consider one of them an actual comedy. George
  6. A cheerful young Mexican-American convinces a couple of cranky spies to take him on as a partner in their fight against an evil organization. (TV show) George
  7. "I got a feeling everyone else passed on this job, so our fee is $5 mil." "$5 mil?" "And I want half upfront, and the other half in an offshore account. You got a problem with that?" "No. What I have a problem with is people who try to f--- me over. So if you take this money and you don't deliver, or you try to f--- me in some kind of weird cockamamie scheme of yours, me and my people are gonna come get you and your people and chop you up into little f---ing dog treats. You got a problem with that?" "Let's talk." "We are the shadows and the smoke, we rise. We are the ghosts that hide in the night." George
  8. I'm tempted to say "Traxx," since that's pretty much the whole plot; but I don't think there was any theme music for that classic film. :) George
  9. I know the second half. (Big splash -- cute!) George
  10. Correct. Interestingly, the writers of "Sanford and Son" figured that they could adapt a lot of plots from "Steptoe and Son," since the latter was already in its fourth season. Imagine their dismay when they found out that "Steptoe and Son" only aired four episodes per season! George
  11. No. This show knocked "The Brady Bunch" off the air. The star was known for faking heart attacks, so when he really had one, no one believed him until it was too late. The star of this show was always seen wearing a sport coat, jacket, or long-sleeved shirt, because he had a prominent tattoo of a naked woman on his right forearm. The title of the opening theme song is "The Streetbeater." George
  12. Yes. Carrie Fisher was in the skit after the closing credits. George
  13. She's just got to have About half a million Famed autographs Her wallet filled with pictures She gets them one by one Becomes so excited Watch her, look at her run. "Oh Mommy, Mommy Please may I go It's such a sight to see Somebody steal the show" "Oh Daddy, Daddy I beg of you Whisper to Mommy It's alright with you" George
  14. I'm sure that the last movie and the TV show are "Game of Thrones." I just can't think of the first movie. George
  15. The star of this show was always seen wearing a sport coat, jacket, or long-sleeved shirt, because he had a prominent tattoo of a naked woman on his right forearm. The title of the opening theme song is "The Streetbeater." George
