  1. Let's move this on. Gone with the Wind And the Lion. FREE POST George
  2. Wise guy. Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring Happy? George
  3. I should point out, however, that WordWolf and GeorgeStGeorge have never been seen together... ;) George
  4. Interesting guess! I could have believed "The Wizard of Oz," but that was "My PRETTY." Of course, this is any of the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy. You'll put your eye out! George
  5. No. Not a Sherlock Holmes film. "Only by interrogating the other passengers could I hope to see the light, but when I began to question them, the light, as Macbeth would have said, thickened." "You mean you saw the man? You can identify the murderer?" "I mean nothing of the kind. I mean there was a man in my compartment last night. It was pitch dark, of course, and my eyes were closed in terror..." "Then how did you know it was a man?" "Because I've enjoyed very warm relationships with both my husbands." "With your eyes closed." "That helped." "Oh, yes, sir, the Italian person." "Eh, does he speak English?" "A kind of English, sir. I think he learnt it in a place called Chicago." "Mr. Ratchett, I have made enough money to satisfy both my needs and my caprices. I take only such cases now as interest me, and to be frank, my interest in your case is, uh... dwindling." George
  6. Actually, no. It was a well-received film in 1975 (only Oscar nominations were for Score and Sound but its cast were big stars). George
  7. So do I. But back to the game at hand... Scarlett O'Hara is kidnapped by Berbers, causing Teddy Roosevelt to send a rescue mission to Morocco. George
  8. "Oh, yes, sir, the Italian person." "Eh, does he speak English?" "A kind of English, sir. I think he learnt it in a place called Chicago." "Mr. Ratchett, I have made enough money to satisfy both my needs and my caprices. I take only such cases now as interest me, and to be frank, my interest in your case is, uh... dwindling." George
  9. I googled her picture, just to see if I recognized her. Not familiar at all. George
  10. Another "redundant" one: "Iron Man in the Iron Mask" Scarlett O'Hara is kidnapped by Berbers, causing Teddy Roosevelt to send a rescue mission to Morocco. George
  11. White Palace James Spader Sex, Lies, and Videotape George
  12. I like CCR, but "Born on the Bayou" was one of those songs where I probably only heard the chorus and didn't pay much attention to the lyrics. NO idea on the new one. :) George
  13. By liberating an orca, a young man gets to sample the world's best chocolate. George
  14. That was, I'm sure, for MY benefit. Every man's entitled to his own opinion, though this guy clearly needs an attitude adjustment. In fact, I can think of an ex-mercenary cookie chef who could handle it. ;) I found "Traxx" to be witty and almost charming. Shadoe Stevens as a mercenary who just doesn't find the job fulfilling, anymore. Priscilla Barnes  as the Mayor/love interest. Robert Davi as the bad guy. Is it one of my favorite movies of all time? No. Is it worth watching for an hour and a half? Sure. I always thought that "The Princess Bride" would be a dumb movie, until I finally broke down and watched it. Now, back to our regularly scheduled game... Patton George C Scott TAPS George
  15. Still not getting it. Sounds like it should be up my alley, though. George
  16. ""Bow! Yield! Kneel!" That kind of stuff closes out of town." "Why do you say this to me when you know I will kill you for it?" George
