Sky and Waysider Exactly And I spent the next 14 years looking and rejecting churches everywhere... Groucho summed it up for me, one night, when he said (something like this); "When you are looking for God, look to GOD to find him. Then, if you wish to corporately worship, go do so, and if it gets funky leave. Cause you already have a foundation WITH GOD not defined by the "group." Can people find God at church? Some do and I am thankful but a lot of times we find "religion" or something manmade... we have to establish a relationship with God that is is unshakable ~ not matter what, no matter what anyone says, you stand firm in the Lord and your foundation is a rock which stands against all storms…." I love that you are that articulate about this event. The PFAL class so divided my life that I used to speak of my life as before and after I took the class. Then, I spoke about before and after the ministry imploded. I can feel your honesty and heart to do the right thing and the quest to find what the "right thing" was. They were weird times. I have SOOOO appreciated you through the years. I respected your posts, thoughts and insight. I will miss you. When I was breaking up with The Way Ministry, I remember looking out at all these faces, of these wonderful people, I loved so dearly and I knew I would probably never see them again. This is the song I sang and to this day reminds me of all those lovely people. And Paw, Greasespot has reconnected me with so many long forgotten faces… I will always be grateful… So, I look around this café and I put this on the juke box and take Groucho’s arm as we say good bye in the next couple weeks. It was a long road and you helped many many people by keeping this place going My next is for Groucho ~ I am glad our "party" has just begun! I love you. Thanks Paw for your labor of love. This place has helped me to find out the truth and has reunited me with many friends. I will miss it. Thank you!
