Def, I'm agree with most of what Abi is saying. I'm busy with life now that its hard to comprehend the after life. I think of it as an after blessing of life. The attitude of twi was that we were working for the afterlife. That is where the servitude came from. The question of would you like to be blessed takes on a whole different form always thinking about the afterlife. I don't think that was God's intention for us. Jonny, these signs have been showing for thousands of years. He may come in my life time but He may not. I would rather concentrate on the now. I don't know why I think of this but I'm thinking 'Yeah, the grass is always greener on the other side.' I've always found in life that once you get on the other side it may be different but the grass is not greener. I'm not trying to put down the second coming for sure. Its just not something that I dwell on 24 hours a day. I would rather put my thinking and effort on here and now.

Eagle, When Christ comes I don't think any of us will be thinking about sex, do you? I don't think it will be an issue, but then who knows? Maybe your acceptance level would be there since we all will be changed. No bigotry I imagine would be allowed.

I thank my God that he is a god of love not a God of loathing and abomination. My God looks at the heart of an individual and looks at the good in us. He is not a God that thinks in black and white. He loves us no matter what!!! He doesn't look at someone and say oh he is an abomination to me. I second the amen to what Daryl says. Your right Daryl this kind of thinking of hate is what get people killed. If this is truly what God is about with that kind of narrow thinking then I just don't believe in Him. But, I believe He isn't.

Oh and if you want to go bible on us...it also says to the effect, Don't judge lest ye be judged. There are a lot of places that talk about people judging others that I'm sure a lot of us could go into. But you get my drift, don't you?

Besides the bible has been translated so many times in so many languages. Who knows what that means? It sounds like there was a heck of a lot going on more than homosexuality. Who is to say that Jesus was not a homosexual? He was hardly found amongst women. He traveled with 12 men. He ate with them, slept with them and lived with them. He did have contact with one woman and that was mary magdalene and she was a prostitute.

ex10, I used to feel that way...really sick about the whole thing. Now the time has gone on and I have dealt with it in my mind. Although every once in a while something I didn't expect would come up in my everyday life. Hopefully, it will get easier for you as it has for me and some others.

I hear you loud and clear Goerge. My Christmas isn't so great either. I have step children that are not appreciative of anything. Thanksgiving I spent two days (night and day) of cooking and cleaning so we could have a perfect meal. This was the first one that everyone was coming. They came didn't say hello ate without saying thankyou after the they were done. Never again!!! This Christmas one of the step daughter's asked bob for money to pay on some insurance (300 dollar insurance bill), ran over our dog (300 dollar vet bill for us), and wanted to get something for bob from all of us. It cost me 600 dollars that was suppose to be divided up with everyone. Well, she got upset because I picked it out without her (she is never around. I got stuck paying it myself. She gets to have two christmas's with her children with lots of presents and my children are getting something from the dollar store. Yes, this is a farking Christmas!!! I am so angry I could spit...but what to do?.. -->
