  1. According to IMDB, this sitcom was the first tv series to reference the internet. It also holds the distinction of having the first African-American to receive an emmy for best actor in a comedy series, and to this day it is still the only time an African American has won that award. Late70's to mid 80's tv series. It was a spin off from another series.
  2. The name of the song is something you can be under the influence of?????? Pot, Booze, Smack, Crack, etc.
  3. No. Let's do really easy then, I don't like black people? I am Mister black people. or, I have used this one for this film, I'm still sort of moved by your "My word is stronger than oak" thing.
  4. Or, after three days we could try this one. That's how you become great, man....hang your balls out there!
  5. Yes. Helen Hunt starred with Paul Reiser who played a married couple in New York City. I liked it. I always go back to one scene that I flash back to where Helen Hunt walks from the bathroom to the living room where Paul Riser is sitting down and without a word holds a roll of toilet paper in one hand, and inserts the holder from her other hand in the roll of toilet paper and walks away. Apparently, men were too lazy to do this. Unfortunately, for both of them their $1,000,000 salaries only lasted for one year when the ratings dropped and the show was canceled.
  6. Thanks for that WordWolf. I like putting a trivia spin on things. This show ran from 1992-1999.
  7. I know what you mean Ham. But what I think it is, at least it part, Clapton brings his own unique rhythm and blues sound to the table, and as we know he's an amazing guitarist, and he has a pretty good rock n' roll voice! !
  8. Really guys, this is as easy as most any beatles song would be, in popularity that is.
  9. I don't think I was playing the game correctly. Trivia about the clue is not in the rules. So, here's part of the theme song to this show. Tell me why I love you like I do, Tell me who can stop my heart as much as you,
  10. No. This show stars an academy award winning actress and a writer.
  11. You are hanging on by a very thin thread and I dig that about you!
  12. Raf we think alike. I just thought about using that line today! Good Will Hunting
  13. That's interesting too, George. I didn't know that. OK. For this next one it basically has two co-stars. I'm dropping some trivia for this one. Let's see where it goes. The female was the lead. In it's height of popularity she was able to get $1,000,000 per episode. Her co-star had it in his contract that what ever she made he would make it too.
  14. Not me WordWolf, the clues are getting shorter for this thread. Lately, the clues are looking like one liners that you would expect in Flicks remembered / from one line thread! Anyway, perhaps Raf would care to leave us more to go on, in order to be able to hazard a decent guess.
  15. Is it me, or are the clues getting shorter in this thread?
  16. Secret Life of Bees Dakota Fanning Hide and Seek
  17. I googled. Barbara Ann ~Beach Boys~ If you wanna hang out youve got to take her out
  18. About that show, whenever the character Earl J Waggedorn was mentioned he was always called just that, Earl J Waggedorn. Julia.
