Anyone who doesn't know that reptiles lay eggs doesn't deserve to own a magnificent creature such as a lizard. :)

Honestly? I feel like I've said all I've needed to say about The Way International. It occupied a few years of my life, a decade if you count splinter groups. I plan to be around for a long time yet, and TWI is becoming more and more of a fading memory for me. I hang around here because I like you guys. But I know nothing of the current regime, nor do I care to, except maybe that I owe V.P. J. R*pp a few bucks for scratching his door while moving furniture back in 1988. Hey Johnny, bill me.

I was in stitches reading this stuff. Ah, memories.

"You don't want to hurt anyone." "But I do, and I'm sorry. It won't stop." ***** "You helped her?" "Yeah." "Why did you do that?" "What's wrong, honey?" "You weren't supposed to help her."

I didn't know it was finally going to be released. Yes, I'd love to see that.
-
Correct.

I'll NEVER forget quotes from that movie, WW. "Dear God." "Zod." Superman II New clue: "She never sleeps."

"Yes, absolutely, I do indeed concur, wholeheartedly!"

No, that's the one where Dr. Crusher is trying to figure out why everyone around her is disappearing and no one seems to remember the missing people.

The requirement of citation, whether in the public domain, is a matter of morality and honesty, not necessarily legality. The fact that something is in the public domain does not give anyone the right to repeat it as though he/she is the originator of the material.

Oh! I misread. Yes, if it had said Edited Posthumously by VPW, that would be strange indeed.
-
Edited posthumously does not imply that the writer was involved in the editing process after his death. It's the opposite: it means the writer was not involved in the editing process. Someone living was working off a dead person's notes or other source material (ie, tapes).

Also, people in TWI come here and seriously consider what we have to say. They may laugh sometimes. They may scoff sometimes. And they may think sometimes. Where else are they going to go to find people discussing their beliefs, people who once held those beliefs and now may have come to different conclusions? And where the devil is Mike?

hiway, I apologize. I meant my comment to be more playful than it came off. That's why I included a smiley. See? :)
-
Aw, come on, it wasn't that serious! :)
-
Thanks for revealing the ending. Can you reveal the other twists, too? :)

It's a bit more complicated than that. There's an appeals process that's something like three months. The hearers of the appeal, once they decide to take it up, can take forever to debate it. Once they make their decision, assuming they uphold the sentence, that's when the 30 days kicks in.

Pear Ream Ace Sun Perry Mason. New clue in the morning.

This is VERY clever. Cory Neck Arena Corrina, Corrina.

Ooh, ooh! I know, I know! Hint: It's not Star Trek!

Someone take it, please.

"This is the episode where there's some kind of misunderstanding." "Oh, then I've already seen it." Extra points if you guess both the show this quote is from AND the show they're talking about.

Gotta be Cheers.
