So, I have long ''bumpy'' hair. Not curly, not straight. Just in the middle of blah.

very thick and coarse. Always a pain in my arse to do.

Last week, I got the ''Brazilian Keratin Treatment''.

WWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is all I can say.

My hair looks like a Pantene commercial, no kidding.

sleek and shiny.

I washed it, slept with it wet, yes wet, and in the morning..............

Straight as a board and smooth like I blowed it and flat ironed it.

I have found heaven on earth. I just Get up and Go now.

I feel , like a , like a ..........................................

a MAN! (def don't look like one :))

If you have curly wavy, or just plain ol unhealthy looking hair, I highly recommend this.

Set you back $300-$400 bucks though.

I wouldn't call what I had, ''texture'', but you know Chas :wink2: ........

Grass is always greener.

Sudo, you have to have hair and lots of it for the Brazilians to even work on you! More the better. LOL

I googled Brazilian keratin hair treatment and found it being sold on ebay with a "buy it now" price of $115. Is this something I could do at home? ebay sale of Brazilian keratin hair treatment.

Hopefully (my hair is as old as me :) )

Most of the professionals I know had to take a class on "how to do it'' and it costs $500 bucks!

Are you are good with a flat iron?

It has to be a 450 degree one, and each strand needs to be done at least 10x.

The link is for a ''day only'' wash in/ out one btw. (the mutari queretian is temporary).

Ask you hairdresser if they have heard of it.

I know the bottle my girl gets is $250. (professional price)

And here all these years I've been using Suave shampoo in the shower every morning. I shoulda' known better. Now I can go get me one of these Brazilian's and look like Brad Pitt rather than William H. Macy.

Sudo...I'm afraid that it will take more than a "Brazilian" for you to look like Brad Pitt... :biglaugh:

Judging by your avatar, Groucho – you might benefit from a little Brazilian Keratin Treatment yourself. As for me…don’t think I need it…cuz I’m always wearing this goofy hat.

Got me! ... and I thought you had some huge kahones bringing that up! :biglaugh:

If I'd have known you wanted straight hair, I'd have gladly traded with you. Mine's as flat, straight and fine as Jennifer Anniston's.... I just don't have the body to go with it.

They have come a long way from frozen orange juice cans, haven't they?

As for the other .... well, it's also well worth the price. :wink2:
