If there is a camera for emergency vehicles located on top by the RGY light, if you flash you high beams about 200ft ahead, it will change to green..that was the only way I got to classes and twi on time, since it was mandatory for me to go to fellowship 3x a week(1 1/2 hrs one way) it was a great aide..

How confident are you, looking back, that this is EXACTLY what happened?
sorry WW, It always works for me...and it has to have a lightsensor on top, use for emergency vehicles..try it, you might like..it,altho you will get a ticket if caught.
