My only question is did the cat or the husband leave. If my wife did that I'd be out of the house and down the road.
I have thought about asking my 22 yr old son to either lose the dog or move out again with the dog. Last time his dog got kicked out of the apartment before he did.

Really? Is that what it takes to sell a house?
I dont think that it would interest me. I did buy a house once that had a grape-vineyard out back :-)
But never bought a house that came with one of those .
