Makes me wonder... Did *mr* geer figure this pfal nest egg into some kind of retirement? Something exactly marketable? If so, it would make perfect, logical and financial sense why he would fail to attach the "master's" name to it. He was more than knowledgeable of the vicmeister's transgressions. Yep. It is even more clear why they covered, fired people, squirmed, threatened and bullied to keep all of this quiet. Not to mention the legal possibilities, I think we would have fled decades before had we known. They were afraid for vic's "legacy" for more reasons than one. I wonder how "above board" they are now.. loy was no better than "pappy" either. If the court records are right, they kept up this same kind of nonsense into the late 1990's.

2. I dunno.. I'm awful tired of trying to apply bible verses to pass judgement on these characters.. their actions have really said enough.. they seem to always (?) be able to pull out some "biblical" justification for haranging people without end for some lack of protocol, some biblical reason for screwing, raping, taking advantage of sisters in christ who are *under* their care.. always some damned "biblical" reason.. all of this has had only one effect on me: I really am starting to feel like throwing away the bible.. entirely.. hell is starting to look a lot lot better than some people's version of heaven..

He was supposed to be a father figure.. he even showed that to be an illusion. A real father doesn't do this with a daughter.. it puts a blot on him he can't wash off.. what a stained, half an excuse of a man..
