  1. Cripe, even anybody in a quarter of a right mind should be able to figure out that she is not God. But do they have the freedom to express even this opinion? You'd be outa that place faster than the door could slam behind you. Do they really think she has some kind of power to be able to "conjure" up disaster for anyone who does not properly please her in all things? Get out the voodoo doll and stick pins in it? I guess I'd be afraid if I believed in that kind of thing. The only power she has if you are in her employ, and even then what can she do? "I don't mean to hurt your feelings, but you cannot be my slave anymore." Look what they've done to staffers that are advancing in years. They have put them out to figure out their own retirement and health package. I'd plan a way out of that place if I was them. Only a matter of time, and they'll be gone anyway.
  2. But what do they have to be afraid of? Reminds me of the record of Paul in Athens. He DIALOGUED with the people. Didn't dodge the hard questions, and try to funnel them to where they won't see the light of day. I think they are actually AFRAID that what they believe and teach will actually not stand up to any kind of scrutiny. They'd rather be ignorant. To me that's the only thing that makes sense in all of this. They just don't want to know.
  3. I would not have wanted to be in the little "meeting" the administrator must've been in.. almost feel sorry for him. Probably accused of everything from slothful to downright devilish allowing "the riff-raff" to be able to post there. Now it looks more Way-ish- have to get past your limb and region coordinator to even register. And I bet they have to run it by "Rozilla". And not a place for "debates"- I translate that as "serious questions". "Whadya mean Eve was a lesbian? Can you offer me more than "you'll just have to take it by faith, bro"?" Any chance of real dialogue seems to have been very shortly lived.
  4. Well.. I guess that makes sense. If no one is willing to give you an award for something, go and buy one.
  5. I dunno about the "Rozilla" thing. I bet that even the WayGB and staff have a few names for her when she is not listening..
  6. That could be a scary thought.. who is left? Those who would "willingly execute you"? Martinpuke admitted that they such kind of folks around. Still, you'd think that life would not be very pleasant on the end of Rozilla's leash. They'd be better off going to the slammer somewhere.
  7. You have NO IDEA what you missed out on. Almost "anything" went, unless a guy with a pair of vice grips snuck up behind you, heh heh.
  8. Just when you thought it was safe to go back to "twig".. oh well. Hockeynutt, I think a lot of that nonsense was easier to throw than to admit what they taught really did not work. A lot of "twig" behavior really turned out to be acting to be what one was not, nor could ever be. Somehow, we were supposed to be some kind of Super Mario, constantly jumping around doing "all nine all the time". Somehow, life just does not work that way. Not living up to their expectations was a prime reason for lots of folks to get thrown out.
  9. But I am not writing out of spite or bitterness, meanness, or other kind of nonsense. Just as a human being, you deserve better than that. As a brother in Christ, I implore you. Leave the degredation, and do something useful with your life. You only have one.
  10. Just in case anybody gets me wrong, let me state that I have the highest respect for people like P*** A**** and others that confronted those bastards.
  11. And, you really do live on needs basis. As long as they "need" you, you can "live" there. I once thought that it was the greatest thing for a person to work on staff there, so close to "da word". Face it- the word has not lived there, for a very very long time. I thank God I never got the "priviledge" to work there full time. And some of you guys have had the "priviledge" of allowing your wives to "service" the needs of the MOG. I don't see how you can live with yourselves. But thankfully, I'm not you. If I was you, I would get mad. Then get out.
  12. What if the next pres will be Donna? Or how about good ole Harve? He may have been a nice guy once.. I'd rather have William Jefferson Clinton in that office, or even Hillary.
  13. I dunno.. around here we tried to help each other. The last corpses that were assigned here when I was involved DEMANDED special treatment. And they were not very willing to help anybody here beyond from giving reproof and criticism.
  14. Fellas, what in the world is keeping you in that hell hole? You probably thought: "well, things have to get better when Loy is gone". And you got Rosie. You may now be thinking: "well, the next pres just HAS to be better than Rosie". I wouldn't count on it. So you're part of the "inner circle", hold the keys and secrets of da kingdom.. look how far that got Mrs. Wierwille. And hundreds of your fellow inductees. Gone in the middle of the night, no support, no friends. No home. No money, no possibility of retirement. Not to mention no possibility of real freedom. No real freedom to live and enjoy life. If I was in your shoes, I'd run from there like there's no tomorrow. "Second rate security guard at a world class cult" will not be a very impressive qualification for your next job interview. But there's still time- go learn a trade- maybe go back to school somewhere. Make a REAL difference in somebody elses life. But if you just choose to sit in your second-class comforts, you've deserve what's coming to you.
  15. Hope, that says a lot. Even I was not in my right mind, for a while. The "da verd says.. owe no man ANYTHING, end of story" actually did make sense- for a while. They sure had a problem with the next half of the verse. "Why don't they read the next verse?" comes to mind..
  16. Wowser. Like they were really "qualified". About as qualified to define what is really adultery. "We'll research it and get back to you".
  17. Uncle H., it probably wasn't too far of a drive, heh heh.
  18. Funny.. I did not hear that song sung anywhere, for the last couple years I was in TWI.
  19. Yep.. really dumb. And the dumbness is not going away. I think they huffed a few too many paint fumes..
  20. Heh heh. I think you're right.. it was one of the times I think I really "had it".. this was among one of the few times that I look back and say it was "da good ole days". heh heh..
  21. I think God gave me the strength of Samson that day, heh heh..
  22. He was dancing around screaming.. they thought he was out of his mind..
  23. Heh heh.. actually, yes. It was funny- the coordinator, his wife and the rest of the group never saw or figured out what happened.
  24. Yep. I read it.. unbelievable, almost. You kinda have to read in between the lines of wayspeak though. What he really seems to be saying is that they understand, that if people really figure out what's going on, there is nothing they can do to stop them from leaving. Sure, they "explain" decisions. They have to. Why did they kick rev so and so out in a moments notice? "Well, he was unfaithful- besides, he was not nice". Explanations, yes. Adequate? Not very likely.
  25. I remember my then wife a few years ago.. one guy at twig trying that. I knew I would not get away with belting the guy in the mouth. When he was trying to hit the target, I pinched his rear end with the strength of a vise.. the guy was dancing around.. "hey, what's wrong with you?" Funny- didn't try it again..
