    For Music Lovers

    Nice song, Sudo. Suda
  6. Thanks, d miller. Great background. So, Dooj, did the Gospel singer recite it to music like vpw did? Suda
  7. How much imagination can be involved? Thinking of what would make my daily life easier: A "dietary supplement" i.e. "pill from the health food store" that would help me get my memory back. Or one that could restore my vim and vigor for short periods of time, like a Geritol type thing (never had tried it, maybe I should!) or Lucy's "VegaVita. . . whatever" A "clapper" deal to help me find my car keys I'm always misplacing. Clap, clap; it sounds an "alarm", and I retrieve them. Is there a kitchen gadget that you'd love to have? Something you always struggle with, and it could solve? Y'all could brainstorm that. As far as helping industries grow, and be more efficient, sorry, ole noggin coming up with nothing on that front. Suda
  8. Thanks for posting the tune. Have never heard it. I think I'm up, so I'll post these lyrics. The previous lyrics reminded me of this song. Thinking of this couple always breaks my heart. When the drink finally hit her She said I'm no quitter But I finally quit living on dreams I'm hungry for laughter And here ever after I'm after whatever the other life brings Suda
  9. Raf, You and Diana and all your family is in my prayers. And will remain there. I'm glad the intial grieving is over for all of you, so that you can remain united in looking forward to making the best of every day ahead of you, and knowing that miracles are possible. A Blessing For You God knows when the hours grow weary and patience is hard to come by. He feels every pain we experience, He sees every tear that we cry. So give Him your hurts and your worries: He's waiting each burden to share. He'll strengthen, uplift and uphold you, and wrap you up warm in His care. Trusting you'll be feeling better soon! Cast all your cares upon Him; for He cares for you. I Peter 5:7 Suda
  10. Nope, not familiar with the lyrics. But would make a stab "Low Rent Rendezvous" would be a good title for it. Suda (need to listen to more country music, it's good!)
  11. Me agrees, GSG. Good solving, Ca Dreaming
  12. Thanks Tom! We get by with a little help from our friends here. Dried up lemons, persimmons - not sure what it is other than a fruit Wilma and Betty, "what the heck"?, "what did you do now?", team, sticking together, girlfriends, "what?" , surprised, dumbfounded, wives, mothers Obviously, as usual, have no idea . . . but thinking . . . Suda
  13. Yes, Tom, that's the point. lol We are waiting for you to post as no one else know the answer. Can you help your friends here, please? If Tom is delayed, here's some hints for the rest of us #1: The crowd is going _____________. It's a picture of a ________ debeast. #2: The teams are made up of not girls, but _________. Answer is two words. And adjective and a noun. Happy solving, all! Suda
  14. Sounds like another good country song. My son loves country music, so I listen to it often with him. But this one just not sounding familar. Sounds like a one night stand is in the works. Suda

    Rating?

Why, thank you, Rhino. From 0 to 5 in one afternoon! Hope I'll know how to manage my quick rise to the top. lol Wasn't the number 5 for Grace? Think I'd rather be the Graceful General. But under the Command of Exie, my senior 5 star General. What are my marching orders, dear one? Suda
  20. Thanks for the link. Talented writer. Paw, might he make a good guest at a podcast? Suda
  21. LikeAnEagle, Just curious. What does GBU stand for? Another new acronymn for me. Suda

  23. Suda

    Amazing Grace

Not sure I've ever heard that dialect before. lol Maybe this is in the category of a "joyful noise" less the joyful part. Suda
  24. Mike, Don't break your back in all the bendings and contortions it's seems you're planning to do to discredit this fact. His point (i.e. his statement of his "truth" that cancer = spirit possession) came across loud and clear. No denying that. I understand why this would be a back burner topic for you for now. Leave the difficult ones for later. Suda (who thinks you make valid points from time to time, but this one falls into the "too far out there" category)
