  1. "I may never march in the infantry Shoot the artillery Fly o'er the enemy-------"
  2. Oh, yeah. We were on the front-lines as FellowLaborers of Ohio by virtue of our geographic proximity to Int. HQ. One night, at about 3am, we were assembled as a group at limb HQ and informed that the program was being canceled immediately because, as the buffer zone (front-line defense) for HQ., we had blown it and were the reason Word Over The World was in serious jeopardy. Front-line my butt!
  3. Yeah, I guess you guys are right. We should be kind to them, regardless of our previous experiences. Still, it is a bit of fun to fantasize about how you would LIKE to confront them. HeHeHe.
  4. hmmmmmmm----hadn't thought about it from that angle.
  5. The gypsy woman told my mother right before I was born-----
  6. Call me a skeptic, but, I don't think their efforts will result in the same sort of unexpected events that Mr. Garrity's produced.

  8. We were supposed to soak them????

  10. I think what you're describing would probably be thought of as a sentry.
  11. Maybe they just threw darts at a map. It wouldn't be the first time,
  12. Tell them you're a "seed boy". I would love to see their reaction.
  13. "Any volunteer may be dismissed at any time and/or program cancelled at sole discretion of those charged with oversight." Funny you should mention that. Both those things actually DID occur over the course of time I spent in FellowLaborers. Perhaps these new recruits would like to know what it will feel like to be kicked to the curb, without explanation, at 3AM. Or maybe they prefer to experience it for themselves.
  14. I guess they didn't need to send any WD to Smith County, Miss. because there's already a Wierwille there, standing in the gap and fighting off those pesky devil spirits for you and me.

  16. We were told, in FellowLaborers, that we were patterning our lives after life in "the first century church". But, there really wasn't any unified version of "The Church" in the first century. Sooooooo------how does that work? All we were doing was experimenting with communal living. I did learn how to sprout Mung Beans, though. Did they sprout Mung Beans in the first century?
